Hii Frederic, Misrepresentation is the most challanging one. Sad that they could not fix it. But happens a lot with people from upwork or fivrr. We can def work. Main question (that depends the stratagy to get green) how many times have you filed the appeal? Is it in countdown? But easiest is to quickly fill in a contact form on the website.
