    We bought new scan mirror tips but we still have a lot of blue noise while scanning. Any tips? Thanks

    after the scan of both arches and bite registration i have pretty big interference between my teeths, around 0,7-0,8 mm.What do you think its the problem?

    I am having fog issue on mirror while scanning, please suggest some seeting to solve this issue

      Go to your setting in Medit (on the bottom right under the battery and calibration indicator.) with your scanner plugged in, there should be an option for the scanner. turn Anti-Fogging Fan Mode onto High Performance.
