I do kind of laugh at how many people just want a guy like "Joon Hee." I love the guy - no questions asked... but I think this scene is equal parts romantic and sad to be honest. He doesn't really express his feelings properly when things don't go well and that ultimately leads to a lot of anger and the fallout in later episodes (which forces him to grow up just as much as Son Ye Jin's character). They both have flaws but his is definitely that he puts a lot to the side that he knows he can't. One of my favorite dramas ever... but it gets really, really sad in the end with how closely it emulates real relationships.

His lack of tackling the "hard subjects" is why a lot of relationships deteriorate... so when his girlfriend doesn't tell him everything honestly or just gives him "half of the story," him not approaching it with some spine makes him seem weak and too needy on her. He has a great heart but still needs to have a spine... I'd even argue he needs more pride.
I have to write that this director has done an extremely great job in this scene. It was so relaxed and was like a pair of true lovers would do in the rain. It was so romantic. It was so dreamily in love that they totally forgot their worries and trouble.
I love this drama a lot. Really get the feeling of watching the real life couple. The way the director ask them to act is very natural. I love both lead actors ' acting skill. Really good drama

Same feeling here. I saw One Spring Night and people there said its so much better. To me, I said no way can compare to SITR. Way way better. I watched SITR more than 10 times already and will go back for more when I don't have any show to watch. Will continue to watch it in the future too.

the rawness of the acting and its authenticity makes this series a cut above the rest😍
