Flapper is disconnected. I'll have to make another video and replace it with one that has better sound quality. I plan to remove the dB killers this spring.
With the dB killer out, it is louder. With the dB killer in, it's quieter -- but not by much. The 899 is one of the loudest bikes ever made, even louder than the 1199/1299. The main difference is quality of the sound and how much less choppy the throttle is vs stock.
