Agreed. Don't wait. You may not even have to "sell the farm" to get a comfortable cruising vessel. Get a buyer broker. There is no cost for most brokered boats.
We currently have a 1988 Albin 40 that we love and while it has the exact same layout, 3 more feet and a little more beam sure makes a difference! Best of luck with the sale. She is a rare find.
She is still for sale. She needs some maintence in the engine room and the price is now lowered in accordance. Feel free to contact me directly with questions or to schedule a showing. lars@curtisstokes.net
Thanks! I didn't even notice them when I was filming. I do this solo, and have to focus on the boat, the camera and what I'm saying all at once. Hope the sirens weren't too distracting.😁
Another Great tour ! WHY can't all of the brokers do a video as informative and Stable as you ?!! They all coud learn a thing or two about Presentation from you !
Thank you very much. It takes a lot of extra time and planing most aren't comfortable putting themselves out there like that. I'm glad you appreciate my efforts.
The asking price is clearly written in the listing. I put the link in the description. Sellers often change their asking price and I can't re do a video time the price changes. Also this is not my listing. The listing broker's contact info is also in the full listing. I think the vessel is under contract but would have to contact the listing broker to find out.
What a beauty! I'm stuck on a vegetable farm in Oregon, but really enjoy dreaming about selling the farm and living on a boat, ha ha.
Do it! Never regret!

Still for sale ?
Thanks. She is a joy to cruise on. I've enjoyed a couple seatrials aboard her. She may be the only vessel with stabilizers for under 100k.

Great boat for the price. your "second" best so far!
Thanks. Price dropping today to $89,500.
Wait till you see my next one!
Great presentation thank you
Thank you very much. It’s difficult sometimes to film, speak, and not trip over something.

Great shape for its age. A little dated but still very enjoyable.

You wasted some space when you put the new helm chair in
Thanks for your input. The owner opted for visibility and the vessel already has plenty of space for the current owners.
Is this still for sale? What is the asking price?

You're pronouncing it rough 😮
never trust a boat from Florida
I've seen many very nice vessels from Florida. It all depends on the owner.
@@LarsBergstromYachtTours no. It depends on how many times it was salvaged after hurricanes.
Makes no difference for this vessel. She resides in Charleston SC and was purchased from Solomons MD
It’s not a settee. It’s a seat.
