Unfortunately single clicking for the date picker isn't an option at the moment. If would be a great option for a future Google update

Here the date format is like MM/dd/yy
But i want dd/MM/yy

Select your range, then from the menu choose format then number then custom date and time and set it to your preferred date format. Good luck
