First of all, Mr. Bracker I would like to thank you for demonstrating this problem for cash flow. Everything was wonderful, you took your time explaining it clearly, it written very clearly and you broke it down completely. I wish you was my professor for this class. Thanks again..
This is a great video! I thought I had to buy a financial calculator but you showed me I can do all of it on my TI-84. Not only that but you explained it very clearly and in detail.
Thank you for posting this! Im having trouble understanding my current Professor because he is using a small HP model and his reaching approach is confusing overall, your tutorial has been a life saver. I cant thank you enough.
Great helpful video, for those trying to save even more time if you want to jump directly into the instructions on how to put it in your calculator. It starts at 4:10 (:
Thanks Kevin. Excellent content, very helpful. The only constructive criticism I have is: leaving the sheet of paper on the table makes it easier to read than holding it in your hand as you speak.
Hello Kevin, First of all thank you for the videos you upload, they have been very helpful to my studies here in Brazil. My question for you is the following one : how can I compute cash flows on TI 84+ (or similar) with very uneven time frequency. For example, one Cf zero and various incomes in 90, 100, 105, 240 days. In my university we use mostly HP 12-C which I find very complicated and mechanical procedures. That's the reason I'm getting more and more interested on TI calculators. Thank you !!
This is the most educational video I have experienced sense entering the finance world. Thanks much!

You should also show uneven cash flows without the list/frequency’s
