    just do it the exact same way but when it gets to the frequency part put 1,2,1 because the 4000 appears TWICE and ONE AFTER THE OTHER

    probably like this: irr(-5000,{2000,4000,4000,1000},{1,1,1,1})
    Just pretend like its any other value, or get rid of a 4000 and your freq: {1,2,1} for {2000,4000,1000}.
