It depends what your looking for, if it’s just research, then Titans Pro is awesome. Publisher Rocket, will give you access to research, choosing the right category listings and words to run manual ads

Are there certain topics to stay away from for legal issues? Like can we do sports trivia or will that get taken down? Assuming obvious stuff like Disney trivia is illegal

Here's how you can avoid issues with quiz books in detail:
Ensure you create Original Content: Ensure that all the content you write is original. This doesn't mean the facts you mention are original, but the way you present, phrase, and compile them should be your own work.
Avoid Using Trademarked Names in Titles or Series Names: For example, if you're creating a sports trivia book, avoid using specific team names, event names, or sports league names in the title or as a series name. Phrases like "NFL," "Olympics," or "World Cup" are trademarked.
Images and Logos: Avoid using images, especially logos of sports teams, leagues, or athletes. These are often copyrighted or trademarked.
Consult a Legal Expert: When in doubt, consult with a lawyer who specializes in copyright and trademark law. They can provide guidance tailored to your situation.

@@DannyOnDemandso something like “Who was the famous quarterback in New England who won 6 championships” and not “What NFL player for the Patriots won 6 Super Bowls”
