Yep and the worst thing is that the other two girls were always getting in the group, the editing focused on them from episode one, showing everyone's reactions to them and giving them lots of screentime, but virtually ignoring kahyeong even though she was just as talented

tbh sakura was the least i expected to return to korea because she loves being a jpop idol. i was so shocked to hear her graduation and how she explicitly said that she'll leave japan after it. the rumors of her joining hybe / bighit are becoming more and more true! it's a good company so i'm relieved and very happy for her.

Why is no one talking about Lee Gaeun? I personally love Iz*one and will always support them but Gaeun got straight up robbed. She is so talented and I really wish she got more of a chance as an idol. Her career has continuously been unfairly cut short, first with After Schools indefinite hiatus and now this. I really hoped this could be her second chance but sadly it was cut short again. I hope she doesn’t give up because all after school fans will be supporting her! If you don’t know the background Gaeun was in the Graduation concept girl group called after school that was apart of 2nd gen kpop. She was under the name Kaeun and was added to the AS lineup after other members graduations. AS went on hiatus from 2015 on, and now most members have graduated and left (including Kaeun) only Nana remaining for acting. They stopped all promotions for the group and sub units (A.s red and blue, and orange caramel) After that Gaeun joined produce 48, thinking she could have another chance. She ended up placing 14th and wasn’t included in the lineup. It was later revealed that she was suppose to place 5th but due to MNET’S ranking manipulation she placed 14th. This is in know way to blame or send hate towards the girls of Iz*one as I personally stan them this is just to inform those of what happened to Gaeun and how MNET robbed her and many others.

Ploopy (KPop youtuber) recently released an informative video abt the 48G system. They do have a trainee system (Kenkyuusei) but even trainees get paid like a regular job.
AKS recently changed its company name to Vernalossom.
Except for Sato Minami, who was a Kenkyuusei, all the other 48G girls in PD48 are official members of 48G.

She will probably join EVERGLOW. U can see here, there is one member of ELRIS that got added last year. The group was active since 2017, they added a new member after 3 years. So there is high hopes that Yena will join EVERGLOW.

When one of the girls mocked Maho on live for being traumatised essentially Noe laughed along with her. When she was called out i believe she never responded or apologised :/

Hasegawa Rena (not included in the video) is the other NGT48 member w/ Yamada Noe. Tying in to the bullying scandal, Rena is also friends with the victim (Yamaguchi Maho). As a result, she graduated from NGT48 along with Maho. She is now an anime voice actor.
There's plenty of videos that talked abt the Yamaguchi Maho bullying case if you all want to know the entire story. This case really affected 48G as a whole and their popularity in Japan has declined slowly because of this incident.

Why is no one talking about Lee Gaeun? I personally love Iz*one and will always support them but Gaeun got straight up robbed. She is so talented and I really wish she got more of a chance as an idol. Her career has continuously been unfairly cut short, first with After Schools indefinite hiatus and now this. I really hoped this could be her second chance but sadly it was cut short again. I hope she doesn’t give up because all after school fans will be supporting her!
If you don’t know the background Gaeun was in the Graduation concept girl group called after school that was apart of 2nd gen kpop. She was under the name Kaeun and was added to the AS lineup after other members graduations. AS went on hiatus from 2015 on, and now most members have graduated and left (including Kaeun) only Nana remaining for acting. They stopped all promotions for the group and sub units (A.s red and blue, and orange caramel)
After that Gaeun joined produce 48, thinking she could have another chance. She ended up placing 14th and wasn’t included in the lineup. It was later revealed that she was suppose to place 5th but due to MNET’S ranking manipulation she placed 14th.
This is in know way to blame or send hate towards the girls of Iz*one as I personally stan them this is just to inform those of what happened to Gaeun and how MNET robbed her and many others.
straight up robbed is misleading since NONE of the rankings in each episode can be validated so the finalist lineup could be completelly different
