This could possibly be one of the best or worst ideas I have ever had... We decided to build a smokescreen for one of our trucks... Just like James Bond... Well... Kinda like James Bond...

Transmission fluid (atf) smokes pretty good and it doesn't smell too bad when it burns if you want an alternative and less flammable fluid.

We played a joke like this on my buddy one time.
We disconnected his exhaust, dumped like a half a quart of oil in his muffler and put it back together.
Once it warmed up smoke started pouring out of the tailpipe.
He completely freaked and thought his motor blew up!😂👍

We use to do that on gas engines by tapping a 1/4 inch pipe into the exhaust manifold with a slug in the end with small holes drilled in it to make a spray jet with a fuel pump and a bigger mounted tank. It put out 3 times the smoke you're getting as too much fuel cuts down the smoke. I don't think you're getting enough heat to fully vaporize the fuel as we keep the revs up for more heat. We could make a lap around our town square and dim out the street lights at night.
Get some of the aviation smoke oil. It’s super thin and really smokes up

Try using mineral oil.....it is used on evap system leak detector
Coolant works great... I've worked on enough 6.0s with blown EGR coolers. When you take them down the road with stock exhaust and a bunch of coolant in the cat and the muffler, it smokes like crazy for several minutes.

antifreese makes nice smoke if you spray it in the hott exhaust manifold , penetrating oil works too , might be simplet to do a spraycan intoo a piece of brakeline tapped intoo the manifold

In high school I filled mine up with some old mad dog 20/20 and ran the hose into the a/c ducting and then used the vent to hide the hose if you got pulled over lol

Did a smoke screen on 007 S500 Brabus project back in the early 2000s. We used a reservoir of ATF pumped into the exhaust just before the cats. Loads of white/gray smoke.
You need to drill a hole in the lowest section of the exhaust after the fluid inlet for it to drain if it doesn’t burn completely off since your stack is so high. It would definitely work better if the exhaust dumped under the truck though.
That was bad ass so add on to burnout truck but exhaust needs to be facing the wheels to kick the smoke out away so u can still see

Might want to put some fans on the rad to help with airflow you are not gonna get any air movement over it while doing burn outs.

Hook up a red die and separate blue smoke system for your burn out trucks like the blue Angels use,
Mix some insecticide in with the diesel and use it to kill mosquitoes. That's how the old mosquito foggier's function was just a heating element mixing diesel with insecticide to get it air bore.

an in tank restriction on the 7.3 will do the same thing. It smokes white when there is incomplete combustion just like that. I am sure it smells just like diesel fuel when you crank it up.
