Proud and Supported is a NY State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) - funded project to support LGBTQ+ people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Proud and Supported's aims align with the goal of supporting and teaching direct support professionals in a way that supports collaboration, advocacy, and inclusive community for those people with disabilities who identify as LGBTQ+.
