I love stuffed pork tenderloin. I do one with a garlic spinach lemon breadcrumbs melted butter . I serve it with mashed potatoes green beans and a mushroom sauce. In your own words, delish! I usually remove the fatty skin on outside of fillet before opening it.
Thank you! Ive learned so much on making sauces and gravies since I’ve been watching your cooking videos! I really enjoy and appreciate you sharing your skills with us.
My dad used to tie the "matambre" (typical party food here in Buenos Aires) just like that. Formed by a cut of veal meat of the same name but large at least two kilos (he prepared it for the whole family and that was just one of the dishes) it was filled with chopped parsley, hard-boiled eggs, grated carrots and peas just bleached. It was given a couple of turns and then he tied it. But since the meat was cut very thin and degreased, also making sure that it did not have any nerves, sometimes it was pierced and for that it was cooked with traditional thread and needles, there I was threading the needles. That roll of meat is then boiled in a pressure cooker and left to cool covered in the same water and weighed on top. It is cut into slices and served cold on the tables in December. Each family has a different recipe and filling, but no one has ever tied a piece of meat like him. Something so simple, so many memories of my childhood. Greetings to you and your family from Buenos Aires Argentina. Very good to see you here again.
Cecelia what beautiful memories your dad created through his cooking! I love when families pass on these traditions on to their children, it somehow keeps us connected to past generations. Just beautiful!
Isn’t the bottom of the pan the best part of cooking 🧑🍳!! Love Red wine 🍷 and cook up the bottom of the pan It’s the best!!! Looks Great!! Kevin hates Polenta I like it cooked right!!

Looks delicious! I sautéed some Kale tonight as a side dish to go with my Italian Chicken Sausages.. I sautéed some onions and mushrooms in bacon grease then added the Kale, red pepper flakes, chicken broth, salt and pepper. It was delicious! Love your Channel! 😃
Use saran wrap underneath next time, and twist. Works for me. Delicious!! Loved my hometown Boston vids. Being in Ireland for 20 years, it was very appreciated. Thanks, Queen💜

Probably about the same time as last year in July was his last BMT!! Prayers y’all are doing well..
Oh this looks great Shelby, 😋we need to make some cale again. Here in Germany, we don't tie anything, we just wrap it in bacon slices. 🤣 Happy Valentines! ❤
So I have a suggestion for a video, but it doesn't have anything to do with Valentines Day. You have a son who has diabetes. I was wondering if you could do a video on what to stock up on for the diabetic. What food can you buy that will be stored easily? Also, things like testing strips and the medical part of diabetes. I have a neighbor that doesn't have anything stored up and I'm a little worried for him. Thanks, I love watching your videos
This is something I have worried about too. Our son is a type I diabetic caused by a viral infection of pancreas, so he is dependent on insulin injections because his body can’t produce insulin anymore. He is on insulin pump which delivers a baseline of insulin and checks his Blood Sugar every few seconds. If he eats carbs, the pump delivers more insulin. He eats a high protein diet with lots of veggies and healthy fats; he watches his carbs closely. He is good about choosing fruit over sugar. We have an emergency supply of insulin and supplies for him because his life depends on it. Type II diabetes has different etiology and is by far the most common form of diabetes in which the pancreas still secretes insulin. Therefore, the person can choose to eat healthier and exercise which will improve their health greatly! In fact, an unhealthy lifestyle contributes to this type of diabetes. Low carb foods would be good to store, because the blood sugar will be more stable avoiding those insulin spikes. The best thing your neighbor can do for them self is to be 100 percent compliant with their diet, exercise plan and get to a healthy weight. Many times type II diabetics can control their disease this way, it may be difficult to be that disciplined though. I hope this helps Shelby 💕
