    Hello, i have 8 years experience in title search, i can do the Document Retrieval, Update, Open Mortgage, Current Owner, 2 Owner, 30 Yr. Search, 40 Yr. Search , 60 Yr. Full Search , Judgement / Lien (Prothonotary Search), if u have anything please let me know

    Thank you are a gracious person, I always enjoy your videos and explanations. I consider you a very spot-on professional in Real Estate and many other businesses. I went to school but I was bullied a lot. I graduated from 2 schools in England with great speed by challenging them. In grade school, I was placed in special education. I was always not paying attention and I could not read. They found I was dyslexic. That changed I challenged the school and graduated at 10 years old. I was sent to England where I lived with relatives. So, I always thought little about schools until I went to Pepperdine Univ. it was a little more challenging. I was struck by your education. My question about research on titles is this for going back 50 years? If you find , Title Insurance can stop there? Thank you for your help.

    Hi. So do you refer to tax sale foreclose as it being a tax deed or a tax lien. Im a bit confused.

      It's both. The term applies to both. But the mechanics and procedure are different depending on which State/ County/ Municipality/ City. To answer it again very quickly, it doesn't matter if there is a mortgage in most cases. Because it will be junior to your tax lien. I explain all this in my E-Books:

    I love your page and I subscribed to your newsletter. I'm jumping in the tax lien investor game. I'm from a non tax lien state/county. I'm on Maricopa county bid website for now. I'm looking forward towards the OTC sale. any advice for an investor who plans to invest from out of state? I understand I will have to do my research and make as many phone calls as I can.

      Very cool! I am about to make another video on this State and anything specific on your county. But definitely download that Audiobook on how to Make Money with Tax Sale Foreclosures, it's a much quicker way to get the answers you need.       I would not recommend skipping any part of this video. Important information could be missed- a lot of my students make mistakes by not taking the time to educate themselves completely and ‘skipping’ - it’s how the worst and most expensive rookie mistakes are made...
