When I saw the trailer, I knew this DLC was gonna be special man. Its special to all of us in the Acceleracers community. I get why its called Vert's is because Reverb was made into Hypertruck in 2012 as some variation to the car. But the cars look sick as heck. And the Wheel Of Power looks what I remembered! It's gonna be awesome. We all should be proud we made this far!
From my understanding after looking into it, apparently the reason its called "Vert's" and not "Reverb" is because after Mattel stopped producing Reverb a few years ago they didn't bother to keep the trademark for the name "Reverb" since they weren't making them anymore and some other company is now using the name "Reverb" and trademarked it so now Mattel can no longer use the name Reverb officially unless they try and cut a deal with the company that now has the trademark
Nah I don’t think it has anything to do with trademark this time. I think it’s truly bad translation or some way of trying to actually put Vert and his name in the game

@@JayCeeSquared I mean it's pretty common. Hasbro is constantly renaming transformer characters because they lost the trademark. Every car in the game uses it's trademarked name (which includes the cars that were renamed). I seriously doubt they would call it that to "just put vert in the game".

Considering that name change happened halfway through the model's life it was almost certainly some kind of copyright issue. Sho-Stopper -> Seared Tuner also comes to mind. This does make me wonder if all the really old, REALLY out of production models (60's-90's) are a legal minefield nowdays at least name wise.

I love how only riveted and ratified have the correct wheels on the for the Metal Maniacs team, I do hope someone remakes the track around the wheel of power, also the Audi on the terminal is an Audi R8 V10 plus
@JayCeeSquared I still think the metal Maniacs cars look ugly with the spoke wheels, you wouldn't put a set of Volk's on a 69 charger cause it'd look ugly
If you watch the show Acceleracers to the end its still unfinished honestly its left at a big cliffhanger. Is Rivited and Synkro on the 2nd HW?????? Hope they go to every biome and javelin us create are own too would be cool I like more Acceleracers vehicle.
@JayCeeSquared hope it was fun been sleeping all day depressed been energy drained too I hope the stream was fun to me just car games now adays like my father when I was kid bring high hopes for something but letting me down and now people that have a passion too it's sickening that even Need For Speed haft to go to the old schools to have somewhat fun even Forza Motorsports which it's ok for Mr but mostly not much areo or body kits for Forza Horizon 5 I Luke to have a friend though to race or cruse with on any of those.
NGL I was hoping to see the realms as playable areas Maybe they'll save it for a 2nd update? either way I'm definitely intrigued to see what else they can come up with

I think whats throwing me off about the size of the acceledrome is the wide toy tracks. The movie tracks were only wide enough for like 1 or 2 cars.
I used to own the Acceledrome track set when I was in my youth and that's what the Acceledrome was trying to do only 1-2 cars at a time.
