150 years ago, our ancestors came to Suriname,and brought their tradition also... still keeping it alive...and nowadays on almost every wedding de Dulha brings a Londa ke naach with the Baraat to the Dulhin's house to entertain, and after the wedding ceremony we have a band. @@rajinderSarnamwala brother then definitely your ancestors were from Bihar state in India , because launda nach is a only performed in bihar marriage, but currently it is only followed in extremely rural part of bihar only 🙏 at least visit once bihar/India in your lifetime to explore your ancestors homeland . My dream is to travel to all countries like Guyana, Suriname, Mauritius, fizi Tobago,trinadad etc
