I had discovered the first Tekken primarily on Arcade. At the time I had fallen in love with Michelle, I loved it when we chose her from the menu and she moved her head.
I believe Kunimitsu was supposed to be always a woman, but since the first Tekken at the time had such a low budget they had to recycle voices, like Heihachi and Gunryu having Jacks voice and Kazuya having Lee's voice ect. I maybe wrong with that, I'm just throwing in my two cents
@@planetx1595 kind of odd giving the likely secondary character the credit for the main characters voice lines no? (Imo kazuya was the intended voice originally seeing as he is the main character/ poster boy with Lee being secondary and likely added afterwards so the audio presumably was recorded with intent given for kazuya with likely little regard for a secondary or later reuse)

Thats weird it doesn’t do that to me. Im not at my computer at the moment but I will check it out when i can.
