I've only been to 3 parties in my life (one public and two home) and I seen or done most things so after after those I lost interest because it would only be like "been there done that". People fight, acting inappropriate, cheat, mess shit up... Regrets for days. And on top of that you feel shit for the next 1-2 days. Havn't been drunk in over 10 years. I don't miss out at all, so if I'm ever at a party it's light on the booze for me and helping with keeping things within boundaries. I rather have drinks with a few friends having civilized and fun conversation and play cards or family games than going to parties.
4:09 is a well known part of Caribbean culture (aka West Indian culture). This is just one of the forms of dance we have which can be seen during Crop Over, Carnival, other festivals and parties (known as fetes etc).
