they intentionally chose the white and gold outfits for not only visibility but to throw a wrench into the all black leather with tattoos covering them look of all the other metal bands. they are musicians of the highest level and are all beautiful ladies that epitomize class and charisma. and vocalist asami has a ballet background and replicates the swan with her movements at the start of the song. this is actually one of their softer songs so you will be amazed by them when they go heavy. and they do it a lot. the band that can play anything

Haha "Disney princesses meet Van Halen". Spot on! It was the same way I felt when I first saw them a few years ago. However, once I got over that, I was constantly blown away by their talent. I've listened to nearly all of their albums and they are incapable of composing a bad song. Over the years they have become my favourite metal band of all time.

You're right the white stylish dresses are not what you expect but that is the point. They didn't want to be like all other metal bands attired in black etc. Also as they are not very tall (singer is 4ft 10in. Tallest member at that time 5ft 2in) being dressed in white helps them to stand out on stage. I also think they wanted to resist the Simon Cowells of the world saying that they had to look a certain way. The singer's movements are a result of her spending more than 10 years learning dance, including ballet, before taking up singing. She also has said that this song had elements that reminded her of the ballet Swan Lake. You are right about this being a deep "rabbit hole" to get into and IMO it is a very, very rewarding one. Perhaps you should check out their music video of Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down) to see another side to them.

Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades, and you jumped right in the deep end with "Swan Song". In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women, angels, princesses of metal, and angry bridesmaids. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. Some background: They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. This song, especially the singing, is NOTHING like 95% of their songs. She has a very powerful voice and sings much more aggressively, like a true rock goddess. This is a great song, but it's like you listening to Stairway to Heaven or Kashmir for the first time and thinking most of Zeppelins songs are like that.
I'm an very big fan of LOVEBITES and Asami's singing. But the reactor was correct in saying Asami doesn't have the power that Floor Jansen from Nightwish has. There would be very few (if any) women on the planet with the range, control and power of Floor Jansen.

Swan Song is one of their tamer songs. They play heavier than this mostly. They also have some ballads that are softer. Lovebites mixes thrash metal and power metal and plays it at super fast speeds. Midori and Miyako are one of the greatest guitar duos in heavy metal history. Lovebites won the 2018 Metal Hammer Golden Gods award for best new band. You will be amazed with every song.
And this is one of thesofter songs in their portfolio. Imagine you had done one of their straight up thrash metal songs first. The disconnect between their attire and their music would have been a lot bigger lol.
These phenomenal ladies play an innovative blend of speed-power/thrash/prog/neoclassical metal/power ballads to afford their own unique sound. I am tired of wearing only dark costumes on stage. I want to wear feminine costumes once in a while. These were the words of the band's founder and leader, Miho (bass), at a meeting to select stage costumes at the time of the band's formation.The band members agreed with this soliloquy and decided to wear feminine stage costumes with white as the base color. However, white was taboo in the metal scene, and the band risked being isolated. Nevertheless, the band remained determined to do what they wanted to do, even if it meant becoming lone wolves.And those who were bitten by LOVEBITES began calling themselves "wolfpack". The Chopin piece Miyako (guitar/keyboards) is playing in the intro is "Etude OP10, No. 12" known as the "Revolutionary Etude." In 1831, some officers and citizens rose up against the Polish government, which was under the de facto control of the Russian Empire, in what was called the "November Revolution" but ended in failure due to the direct intervention of Russian troops. Chopin received this news during a performance tour. He never set foot on the soil of his homeland again. When the Russians invaded Warsaw, Chopin's agent presented "Etude OP10, No. 12" in Paris. Because of the agent's exaggerated publicity, people called this piece "Revolutionary Etude. Miyako composed "Swan Song" based on this "Revolutionary Etude" and Dvorak's "New World Symphony. Asami (vocalist), a former ballerina, wrote the lyrics based on the historical background of "Revolutionary Etude" and inspired by Norse mythology and the ballet suite "Swan Lake. "SwanSong" is a requiem dedicated to the warriors who fought to reclaim their homeland, a masterpiece that only LOVEBITES could complete.
My favorite band. They're just unbelievable. Welcome to the Wolfpack! As someone else said, you jumped right into the deep end with this one! Talk about brilliance, this one is one of their masterpieces. However, they have a lot more that will no doubt impress you, and a range of styles as well. Miyako, the guitarist who was first on the piano, who made you raise your eyebrows in surprise at her guitar run - yup. She's a virtuoso, and there's no other word to describe her. However, they are all absolutely brilliant.
Does it really matter what you wear to make great music ? As Lovebites' members say "Just because we play heavy metal (and IMHO, better than most male bands) we did not see the need to give up our femininity". Do they really need to ape male groups and wear leather and torn T-shirts to be taken seriously ? No, because they can outplay most of those male bands with one hand tied behind their backs. They show that great metal can be played with a smile rather than a snarl. My guess is that if you had only HEARD this track you would have assumed the band to be male fronted by a female vocalist and be amazed to have discovered that the drummer is a 4ft 9in woman who is also licensed nutritionist and chef and clay model maker in her spare time.

@@redsaob looking foreward for more reaction. founded in 2016 they played in the UK in 2017 already (two shows in london), in jun 2018 they won metal hammers golden gods awards as best newcomer. in august 2018 they played wacken as first female japanese band, the audience loved them. 2018 and 2019 they played in UK, netherlands, belgium, germany and france. in 2019 they also joined dragonforces UK tour. the dresses are no coincidence. as you said, they want to surprise. they also said that they wanted to show that it´s possible to play real metal and stay elegant, feminine and looking sophisticated. and, a joke from them I believe, for better visibility on stage, since they are so tiny.
@@redsaob Then you got the point of it - Lovebites is UNIQUE in the heavy metal scene. There is no one like them. Phenomenal band with phenomenal talent across all five members. When was the last time you saw someone shred the piano and then stand up and shred the guitar and then go back and shred the piano again? They have a song where in one part of it she plays guitar and piano AT THE SAME TIME - one with each hand.
What's more metal than saying "Were gonna wear whatever we want, and you still can't play at our level?". I look at it as more of a "Were not asking for permission, we will just play harder and faster than you" You will see in your next few reactions as they get heavier and faster. Miyako is the piano player and she shreds the guitar just as well as she can shred the piano. Asami has a really powerful voice and can really belt out the notes over the top of the guitar wall of sound. You'll see. Firstly, I must say I love the LFC stuff in the background. The image the band portray is great - everyone expects metal bands to dress in black and it surprises everyone when they hear Lovebites and surprise is a great selling point. At the end of the day though, it's the music that counts and for me Lovebites are unbeatable in that regard.
I doubt there is another female metal singer on the planet as good as Floor Jansen (from Nightwish). Her power, control and range are amazing. So, there is no shame in Asami not having the power that Floor Jansen has. It's a bit like saying a basketballer is not quite as good as Michael Jordan was in his prime, which probably describes every current basketball player in the world. Asami is a great singer in her own right. Her range and control are excellent, and she sings exclusively in a non-native language, which in my mind is pretty impressive.
In fact, there are many singers of this level. Floor a good singer, but one of their most overrated. She's does not know the technique of academic vocals, and her so-called opera singing is just an imitation by means of pop vocals and sounds terrible. I wish she'd never done that. She can't give it up, because that's what provides a significant part of her popularity. But, of course, Nightwish now exists only thanks to her, as it used to exist thanks to Tarja.Tarja is really an outstanding singer who owns the technique of academic vocals and has developed her own vocal technique for rock and metal performances. Asami is a singer more unique than Floor. Singing in Lovebites is not the same as singing in Nightwish. This is a much more difficult task. I don't think Flor could handle it.

Yes, it’s difficult to get your head around, but the point they are making is that metal doesn’t have to be black, dark and doom laden. In fairness this is one of only two songs in a 60 song catalogue that is liable to catch a first time viewer off guard. But I’m older than you (in my 60’s) so believe me when I tell you that you have never, and will never hear metal (no specific genre) played to this standard, this well composed if you live to be as old as Methuselah. Lovebites, for me, is the perfect metal band. No attitude, no posturing, just great, melodic, hard, fast, slow, in between metal with a positive attitude played by beautiful young women who eclipse any male band you care to name, and who have the most amazing relationship with their fan base that it’s possible to have. Their clothes are not wrong for the type of music, the type of music *was* pioneered by men, but is now owned, lock, stock and barrel by women. Japanese women. I realise you experienced a mind fuck…but we all did before deciding that Lovebites was worth devoting a lot of attention to.

For many years after the early Metal in the 70's and 80's I lost Interest of this kind of music. Partly because everyone of thousands of Metal-musicians looked like fresh from the grave or a S/M-convention, it just became boring and tiring. So, a band like Lovebites brings back fun and style into music. 3 times a hooray, for these ladies who dare to bring back femininity into this art, as completely cis-less women of taste and elegance, while preserving the power of Metal.
How can you possibly be thrown by Asami's voice or what they are wearing. I never understood how a visual can distract you from what you are hearing (you're not the only one). In 50+ years of listening to metal, and seen enough black sweaty guys in t-shirts with tattoos playing and singing, and most don't hold a candle to Lovebites musically. This is something to be embraced as it's refreshing and extremely good. It's metal played at the highest level with class. Also, in my opinion, where they come from is irrelevant. This is metal, not Japanese metal.
The starting point with every new band on the channel is always the hardest one to get right - this one was chosen as at the time I had only a couple of recommended songs for them and this was the most recommended - now have quite a few more and a clearer direction for the next one.

You have to understand that I go into these reactions totally blind and it was the surprise 'difference' that got me - and, as other comments have mentioned, this was their intention - but musically they are superb and thats what matters most at the end of the day - looking forward to my next visit to the Lovebites catalogue.
@@redsaob When you watch Japanese bands, keep in mind that they have their own cultural traditions, their own fashion, including clothing, etc. Therefore, Japanese bands playing heavy music may dress differently than Western audiences are used to. Friendly advice, pay attention first of all to the musical component. If you like the music, then after a while, you will get used to their appearance (for example, the beautiful white dresses of LOVEBITES). Moreover, perhaps you may begin to like their appearance. The white color was chosen by the ladies for several reasons and it makes sense (as in the group's mascot - the Wolf). They risked not being accepted by western metal fans (whom their music is oriented to, among other things), having certain stereotypes of how a metal band should look. But the ladies went for it, deciding that they would play the music they like and look the way they see fit. Result: the number of fans in the West is constantly growing. P.S. Today, few people are surprised by the outfits of KISS, GHOST, LORDI, etc.🤗 I have nothing against their looks, but I personally enjoy seeing the LOVEBITES on stage in their beautiful white and gold outfits rather. Than the above bands in monster costumes, etc.

they intentionally chose the white and gold outfits for not only visibility but to throw a wrench into the all black leather with tattoos covering them look of all the other metal bands. they are musicians of the highest level and are all beautiful ladies that epitomize class and charisma. and vocalist asami has a ballet background and replicates the swan with her movements at the start of the song. this is actually one of their softer songs so you will be amazed by them when they go heavy. and they do it a lot. the band that can play anything

However, once I got over that, I was constantly blown away by their talent. I've listened to nearly all of their albums and they are incapable of composing a bad song. Over the years they have become my favourite metal band of all time.

You're right the white stylish dresses are not what you expect but that is the point. They didn't want to be like all other metal bands attired in black etc. Also as they are not very tall (singer is 4ft 10in. Tallest member at that time 5ft 2in) being dressed in white helps them to stand out on stage. I also think they wanted to resist the Simon Cowells of the world saying that they had to look a certain way. The singer's movements are a result of her spending more than 10 years learning dance, including ballet, before taking up singing. She also has said that this song had elements that reminded her of the ballet Swan Lake. You are right about this being a deep "rabbit hole" to get into and IMO it is a very, very rewarding one. Perhaps you should check out their music video of Stand and Deliver (Shoot 'em Down) to see another side to them.
And no, Lovebites is not like other Japanese metal bands, Lovebites music is based on New Wave Of British Heavy Metal like Iron Maiden and Judas Priest, and European Power metal like Helloween!, and they also do Thrash metal like Metallica, Anthrax or Slayer!🤘

Congratulations, you just found the best new metal band to come along in decades, and you jumped right in the deep end with "Swan Song". In their first five years of existence, they put themselves on par with the greatest bands of metal’s golden age. Other reviewers have described them as alien superheroes disguised as young women, angels, princesses of metal, and angry bridesmaids. They recently went on a year-and-a half hiatus while they searched for a new bassist. They announced the new bassist in October 2022 (see below) and dropped their first new song on December 22. Their new album, “Judgement Day”, was released two months later. Some background:
They were formed in 2016 from the remnants of a legendary all-girl Japanese metal band called Destrose (yes, all-girl metal has been a thing in Japan since at least 1981). Miho (bass, chief headbanger and founder of the band) had a vision of a new band in the style of the great European bands of the golden age of metal. She recruited her former bandmate Haruna (drums, 4'9" “pocket nuclear reactor”); they needed two world-class guitarists, and so they went and found Midori and Miyako, who were with other groups. The four of them then found Asami, the singer, who was doing soul and blues at the time (she was also trained in ballet).
Miyako has composed a little more than half of their music, with Miho composing a lot of their thrashier songs in collaboration with Mao, the lead composer of another band called Lightbringer. Midori has also been getting into the act, and they regularly perform a song written by Haruna as well. Asami writes most of the lyrics and is also getting involved in composing.
In mid-2021, Miho left the band she had founded, for personal reasons. The instrumentalists studied all the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Helloween, Slayer etc. They have incorporated some of the best of each of those bands into their arsenal, and have created a sound that is fresh and cutting edge while paying tribute to the old masters. They toured with Dragonforce in 2019, and word from those in attendance was that next time around, it will be the ladies headlining.
They do everything from soulful power ballads to heavy thrash. Almost every song includes face-melting solos by Miyako and Midori. The two guitarists are quite different in style and tone. Midori (blonde ponytail) is the extrovert and speed demon; Miyako is the introvert, with the more soulful feel (though she can also shred like crazy). Midori uses a cleaner tone, Miyako uses more distortion, pinch harmonics and pedal effects. The contrast makes their duets rich and dynamic. It doesn’t hurt that either one can smoke most of the shredders in the classic metal bands. As another reviewer said, "It seems criminal these two are allowed to be in the same band."

This song is straight thrash metal and they don’t hold back on stage. The energy on stage and in the audience is amazing!
This song, especially the singing, is NOTHING like 95% of their songs. She has a very powerful voice and sings much more aggressively, like a true rock goddess. This is a great song, but it's like you listening to Stairway to Heaven or Kashmir for the first time and thinking most of Zeppelins songs are like that.
I'm an very big fan of LOVEBITES and Asami's singing. But the reactor was correct in saying Asami doesn't have the power that Floor Jansen from Nightwish has. There would be very few (if any) women on the planet with the range, control and power of Floor Jansen.

In 1831, some officers and citizens rose up against the Polish government, which was under the de facto control of the Russian Empire, in what was called the "November Revolution" but ended in failure due to the direct intervention of Russian troops. Chopin received this news during a performance tour. He never set foot on the soil of his homeland again. When the Russians invaded Warsaw, Chopin's agent presented "Etude OP10, No. 12" in Paris. Because of the agent's exaggerated publicity, people called this piece "Revolutionary Etude.
Miyako composed "Swan Song" based on this "Revolutionary Etude" and Dvorak's "New World Symphony.
Asami (vocalist), a former ballerina, wrote the lyrics based on the historical background of "Revolutionary Etude" and inspired by Norse mythology and the ballet suite "Swan Lake.
"SwanSong" is a requiem dedicated to the warriors who fought to reclaim their homeland, a masterpiece that only LOVEBITES could complete.
My favorite band. They're just unbelievable. Welcome to the Wolfpack! As someone else said, you jumped right into the deep end with this one! Talk about brilliance, this one is one of their masterpieces. However, they have a lot more that will no doubt impress you, and a range of styles as well. Miyako, the guitarist who was first on the piano, who made you raise your eyebrows in surprise at her guitar run - yup. She's a virtuoso, and there's no other word to describe her. However, they are all absolutely brilliant.

Does it really matter what you wear to make great music ? As Lovebites' members say "Just because we play heavy metal (and IMHO, better than most male bands) we did not see the need to give up our femininity". Do they really need to ape male groups and wear leather and torn T-shirts to be taken seriously ? No, because they can outplay most of those male bands with one hand tied behind their backs. They show that great metal can be played with a smile rather than a snarl. My guess is that if you had only HEARD this track you would have assumed the band to be male fronted by a female vocalist and be amazed to have discovered that the drummer is a 4ft 9in woman who is also licensed nutritionist and chef and clay model maker in her spare time.

'Etude Op.10, No.12' ( or 'Revolutionary Etude') by the Great Polish composer Frederic Chopin, which was written in 1831 and is dedicated to the Polish patriots who raised an uprising (1830-1831) against the Russian Empire, whose troops occupied Poland.
'Swan Song' ( lyrics - Asami / music - Miyako) from LOVEBITES third studio Album 'Electric Pentagram' (2020). For many centuries (starting from Ancient Greece) there is a legend, according to which Swans, non-singing, "silent" birds, acquire a voice a few moments before death, and this dying singing of Swans is amazingly beautiful.
'Etude' by F. Chopin and 'Swan Song' are dedicated to the warriors who died in battle. Therefore, at the concert, 'Etude' and 'Swan Song' are played together.
In an interview given after the release of the 'Electric Pentagram' Album, singer Asami (a former ballerina, studied classical ballet for about 16 years before becoming a singer) said that when she wrote the lyrics of the song, she was thinking about the famous ballet P.I. Tchaikovsky 'Swan Lake' . During the performance of the song, Asami imitates the Swan (hand movements). And in the final part (piano Miyako), symbolizing the death of the Swan, Asami depicts the dying Swan on stage. Because the camera at the end of the song is focused on Miyako playing the piano, Asami's "death of the Swan" was not captured on video.
Asami added some Scandinavian mythology (Valhalla) to the lyrics. The attitudes towards death among the Japanese Samurais and the Scandinavian Vikings were very similar. For Samurais and Vikings, death in combat with weapons in their hands is a death worthy of a warrior. Death in battle is better than death from old age in your bed. All Vikings dreamed of dying in battle because then they could go to Valhalla (Hall of warriors killed in battles) where they would meet God Odin and other Vikings who fought bravely and died in arms.

@@redsaob looking foreward for more reaction. founded in 2016 they played in the UK in 2017 already (two shows in london), in jun 2018 they won metal hammers golden gods awards as best newcomer. in august 2018 they played wacken as first female japanese band, the audience loved them. 2018 and 2019 they played in UK, netherlands, belgium, germany and france. in 2019 they also joined dragonforces UK tour. the dresses are no coincidence. as you said, they want to surprise. they also said that they wanted to show that it´s possible to play real metal and stay elegant, feminine and looking sophisticated. and, a joke from them I believe, for better visibility on stage, since they are so tiny.
@@redsaob Then you got the point of it - Lovebites is UNIQUE in the heavy metal scene. There is no one like them. Phenomenal band with phenomenal talent across all five members. When was the last time you saw someone shred the piano and then stand up and shred the guitar and then go back and shred the piano again? They have a song where in one part of it she plays guitar and piano AT THE SAME TIME - one with each hand.
What's more metal than saying "Were gonna wear whatever we want, and you still can't play at our level?". I look at it as more of a "Were not asking for permission, we will just play harder and faster than you" You will see in your next few reactions as they get heavier and faster. They really are on a different level, like 1980's thrash metal arms race kind of level.

Welcome to Lovebites my friend. You will be more amazed the deeper you get into this. Midori and Miyako are one of the greatest metal guitar duos of all time. Miyako is the piano player and she shreds the guitar just as well as she can shred the piano. Asami studied ballet so she was performing the swan dance and ended it with the dying swan from the famous ballet while Miyako closed it out on piano, but it was mostly off camera. Asami has a really powerful voice and can really belt out the notes over the top of the guitar wall of sound. You'll see. Lovebites intentionally chose to wear white and gold to be the complete opposite of all the other heavy metal bands who wear black. Next song "Set the World on Fire" or Holy War from their official channel.

Firstly, I must say I love the LFC stuff in the background. The image the band portray is great - everyone expects metal bands to dress in black and it surprises everyone when they hear Lovebites and surprise is a great selling point. At the end of the day though, it's the music that counts and for me Lovebites are unbeatable in that regard.

I doubt there is another female metal singer on the planet as good as Floor Jansen (from Nightwish). Her power, control and range are amazing. So, there is no shame in Asami not having the power that Floor Jansen has. It's a bit like saying a basketballer is not quite as good as Michael Jordan was in his prime, which probably describes every current basketball player in the world.
Asami is a great singer in her own right. Her range and control are excellent, and she sings exclusively in a non-native language, which in my mind is pretty impressive.
In fact, there are many singers of this level. Floor a good singer, but one of their most overrated. She's does not know the technique of academic vocals, and her so-called opera singing is just an imitation by means of pop vocals and sounds terrible. I wish she'd never done that. She can't give it up, because that's what provides a significant part of her popularity. But, of course, Nightwish now exists only thanks to her, as it used to exist thanks to Tarja.Tarja is really an outstanding singer who owns the technique of academic vocals and has developed her own vocal technique for rock and metal performances.
Asami is a singer more unique than Floor. Singing in Lovebites is not the same as singing in Nightwish. This is a much more difficult task. I don't think Flor could handle it.

Lovebites showing that females DON'T have to cosplay biker chicks to play metal. Women can maintain their feminity and shred your face off with elite musicianship.
Yes, it’s difficult to get your head around, but the point they are making is that metal doesn’t have to be black, dark and doom laden. In fairness this is one of only two songs in a 60 song catalogue that is liable to catch a first time viewer off guard.
But I’m older than you (in my 60’s) so believe me when I tell you that you have never, and will never hear metal (no specific genre) played to this standard, this well composed if you live to be as old as Methuselah. Lovebites, for me, is the perfect metal band. No attitude, no posturing, just great, melodic, hard, fast, slow, in between metal with a positive attitude played by beautiful young women who eclipse any male band you care to name, and who have the most amazing relationship with their fan base that it’s possible to have.
Their clothes are not wrong for the type of music, the type of music *was* pioneered by men, but is now owned, lock, stock and barrel by women. Japanese women. I realise you experienced a mind fuck…but we all did before deciding that Lovebites was worth devoting a lot of attention to.

We in the western world when we see women in white dresses can only say: wedding dress or Disney princess. Sad truth. No sense of dressing cultures from other continents. Narrow-minded views of what artists should look like, narrow-minded views of what voice goes with what kind of rock or metal. This is what monotony and western commercialization has done to us in the last 30 years. Such artists don't exist anymore in Europe and America, for what reason ? For many years after the early Metal in the 70's and 80's I lost Interest of this kind of music. Partly because everyone of thousands of Metal-musicians looked like fresh from the grave or a S/M-convention, it just became boring and tiring.
So, a band like Lovebites brings back fun and style into music.
3 times a hooray, for these ladies who dare to bring back femininity into this art, as completely cis-less women of taste and elegance, while preserving the power of Metal.
How can you possibly be thrown by Asami's voice or what they are wearing. I never understood how a visual can distract you from what you are hearing (you're not the only one). In 50+ years of listening to metal, and seen enough black sweaty guys in t-shirts with tattoos playing and singing, and most don't hold a candle to Lovebites musically. This is something to be embraced as it's refreshing and extremely good. It's metal played at the highest level with class. Also, in my opinion, where they come from is irrelevant. This is metal, not Japanese metal.

The starting point with every new band on the channel is always the hardest one to get right - this one was chosen as at the time I had only a couple of recommended songs for them and this was the most recommended - now have quite a few more and a clearer direction for the next one.

You have to understand that I go into these reactions totally blind and it was the surprise 'difference' that got me - and, as other comments have mentioned, this was their intention - but musically they are superb and thats what matters most at the end of the day - looking forward to my next visit to the Lovebites catalogue.
@@redsaob When you watch Japanese bands, keep in mind that they have their own cultural traditions, their own fashion, including clothing, etc. Therefore, Japanese bands playing heavy music may dress differently than Western audiences are used to. Friendly advice, pay attention first of all to the musical component. If you like the music, then after a while, you will get used to their appearance (for example, the beautiful white dresses of LOVEBITES). Moreover, perhaps you may begin to like their appearance.
The white color was chosen by the ladies for several reasons and it makes sense (as in the group's mascot - the Wolf). They risked not being accepted by western metal fans (whom their music is oriented to, among other things), having certain stereotypes of how a metal band should look. But the ladies went for it, deciding that they would play the music they like and look the way they see fit. Result: the number of fans in the West is constantly growing.
P.S. Today, few people are surprised by the outfits of KISS, GHOST, LORDI, etc.🤗 I have nothing against their looks, but I personally enjoy seeing the LOVEBITES on stage in their beautiful white and gold outfits rather. Than the above bands in monster costumes, etc.
