Oh my word... the painter's tape guides are genius! It not only solves the magnets sometimes being a bit too thick (especially with inferior brands of thinner stamps), but I can shift the work over away from the corners. Wow, just wow after 3 years of struggles lol.
Such a fun tutorial. Love learning from you sweet Kim. I was watching the red squirrels at my house. They are smaller than a gray squirrel. These are such fun projects. Thank you so much faithful teacher.
These are beautiful and perfect cuts with your machine. I was going to give up on my machine because I never seem to get a even cut. I have a older model. Gonna try again maybe I’m using really thick paper. Thank you so much for all the tips.
Have you figured out how to calibrate/realign for your model?? Perhaps search for a visual on Google or RUclips if your owner's manual isn't user friendly?? Works for me on my discontinued model as well, and I have to do it frequently after jobs with lots of vibration.
Love your card making ways. I’m all about the assembly line method. I need to do more stamping. I use a lot of 6x6 paper pads with cut a parts so I use those for the focal points.
No, you can't cut images if they are too close to the edge but the ScanNCut will tell you that. If you ever Scan and see something disappear, it was most likely too close to the edge.
Fun squirrel tutorial. My tip to remember CM blade is DSP: 3 letters-3, card stick:4 letters = 4 and guess...thick card :5 letters- 5. Simple but it helps me. 😀
This is my first time watching you, but are you saying that the only reason for a Scan and Cut machine is to make multiple layers in order for a cut out is thicker? If so, the prices for Scan and Cut Machines are way too expensive for that, yikes. I thought they were known for a much more useful creative ideas!!! So, you just talked me out of buying one!!!
Hi Kim, I just love your channel, I learn soooo much from your lessons!!! ❤️🙏🏻

Thanks Sue. I thought there were red squirrels. I just have so much fun watching squirrels run around up North.

It’s not because I don’t have stamps, I could start a store. LOL
Hi from Sydney Australia
Thanks for sharing. I am new to the ScannCut world. Can you cut the images that are on the edge of the paper?

Good trick Janet! You remember it by the letters. I just remember the 3-4-5 because most of the time, I cut paper and use those blade depths.
Those squirrels are sooo cute!
Great tutorial!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Carol. Glad you enjoyed this.
Do you think the SNC will cut the paper pumkin box?
I think it is much too thick and wouldn’t be worth the hassle. Thanks for watching Mary.
