It seems, in today's world that 'interest' is being termed as 'motivation' and interestingly therein all sweet coated words are being applied for not saying obviously 'wrong' but by hiding the truth that commercial world hardly tries to disclose publicly . Perhaps, it is an another version of diplomacy (survival) and thus not get liked by pure practical person..
