Hello !!! I was wondering if i should do this right after practice (after showering), or can I also do this before practice or at least before a game ? Should I do this everyday even If i don’t have practice on that day ? And I would like to stick to 1 routine, which one of your video would you recommend to me ? PS : your videos are awesome
Hey Tiav! So, so glad you enjoy the videos 😊 I would say if you're going to do one video, this would be the one.... As it's a gentle one it's suitable for every day and recovery days, so wouldn't interfere with your training or games. Post game / training would be good for this one as it's more relaxing!
