IMHO this is the greatest men's 200 free relay in NCAA history. I know it is not the fastest...but in my opinion the best. No rubber suits..all textile. Near perfect relay exchanges. Incredible entry positions and speed off the block. These guys were tuned up to a different level. You can almost "see" the upper and lower body plyometrics Auburn did in the weight room prior to this relay. They simply have more "zip" and "pop" in their stroke than anyone else in the pool.
All four swimmers in the winning relay went eighteen seconds for their fifty yard freestyle.
fastest swimming ever in the history of the sport,,,,,,,
impressive swim
Does anybody have the relay from 2009? The fastest one ever?
18.69 I think
omg
all or nothing
