Awesome LittleFlyer, way to go, you are an official American Flyer maintenance and repairman, or maybe a repair3rdgrader! Enjoy and have fun with sharing trains with JohnnyFlyer, DavesAFTrains, WooHoo!
Hi John as you are aware you’ve got excessive sparking on the tender, recommend correcting this before further railhead operating sessions, check out cs.trains.com/ctt/f/95/t/199546.aspx thanks! Dave
Thank you, I'll be sure to clean those up before this one goes on the big layout. There were a few things I wasn't ready to let LittleFlyer attempt just yet, using the dremel tool was one I wasn't ready to have her do yet. So I saved a few functional parts for me to handle afterwards. So I may have violated some of the principles of the scientific method in this case, but I think the fundamentals of the experiment are still valid! :-)

JohnnyFlyer Cool, one recommendation, promote LittleFlyer to JuniorFlyer, kinda goes well with JohnnyFlyer!
