As a Brit, I'm always going to support Darren. He's a likable guy and has a good sense of humour. He has huge potential. But mentally, he's always had issues - be it self doubt, anxiety etc. Plus the injuries, he's had bad luck.
But it all needs to come together and fast. He needs to now show that growth and experience, the sacrifices he has made for his family. If he doesn't, he is probably close to being unranked and cut from the UFC. I wish him all the best, because he needs a win more than anyone has ever needed one.

A good idea to move out from Kaobon and explore other gyms but he’s no stranger to it. The amount of time he spent in Brazil in his earlier 20s can vouch for that. This decision will come for Paddy to make soon and it’ll be interesting to see how next gen handle it. Got to seek higher quality and more diverse mats in order to develop.

Didn't he already train extensively in Brazil and Thailand?
Just mentioning as your phrasing implies he has never done so or experienced the other "methods"

Even tho till lost, he’s still one of my fav fighters inside and outside of the cage. Winning every fight is boring. He’s a people’s man and gets in there and confronts his fears and insecurities. That’s a powerful man imo.

Honestly, Till's an example where with a lot of his recent losses, he was carrying himself well in those fights. He got dominated one sided by Woodley but dropped Masvidal and was having success in the exchanges until Masvidal began getting a read on him, he was overall outclassed but generally fighting evenly in a good fight with Whittaker, who's up there with Adesanya (and now Pereira, de facto) as the best of the middleweights, and he was again having a lot of success against Brunson until he got subbed. It's not like he's had a steep decline, just a good bit of adversity that he needs to come back from.
