I have this phone. The 100x zoom is not very good at all in any situation that a normal person would use it to the point of being completely useless. I had a Huawei P30 Pro previously and it was way way better. Considering when the p30 was out, Huawei & Honor were the same company, this should be way better than it is.

First increase the volume in earbuds and then in phone. There's a limitation at first use..so allow and increase.
