Where 2014 apex pp was quick, volatile and ferocious, 2015 apex pp was patient, steady, and impenetrable. He didn’t try to push himself too hard, but did as well as he could with his abilities, not only winning the tournament but also taking it from one of melee’s toughest competitors of all time, who did not bend or break in nearly the same way as did mew2king back in 2014.
At around 3:25 I say that PPMD is the only one to beat M2K in the marth ditto in modern times.
