- Today I Continue to try and survive trapped in the louisville mall on Project Zomboid, I try to build up and make the top floor my home! but the never ending horde of zombies has other plans!

It’s been a while since I found a RUclips series I genuinely stayed up at night waiting for each episode to come out. Feels great to have something to look forward to. Even if poor Paul dies, this kinda content tickles my fancy

I've got a couple ideas for a challenge/video after the mall probably something around npcs

Hmmm just think about how you are securing the ways up to the top floor. Each set of escalators and stairs were 2 levels, wouldnt it of been easier to just remove the floor on the 2nd level insted of the top floor as you then wouldnt need to waste time putting the counters around the holes ? Anyway another great episode and I think at this point paul would deserve the desensitsed trait from how many zombie kills hes got :) keep up the great work my dude.

the problem with that is that if the zombies try to climb they will get trapped inside the hole, either for performance or if you fall inside it can harm you

Why haven't I thought about that! I've just been walking past the chairs looking for a bed, Paul deserves that nice sofa in the book shop!
I don't know if you already know but you can place ropes to be able to go up / down from wherever you want, being able to block the stairs and securing the second floor The only flaw is that the rope can be broken and I think that when you go up or down you will be completely defenseless for a second or two
Yeah i have thought of that I've seen ricksdetrix using the ropes on his rooftops videos but not sure if I'm gonna do similar feel like being new to using them might get me killed

Hey J, do you have zombie respawn enabled? And also what do your skills look like now?
yeah i think they are enabled, and i'm not sure off the top of my head but I'll take a look next time I'm on!
I'm confused - is if possible to fully secure the mall or not? Do these things continue to spawn randomly?
In a sense you could by clearing it out store by store and blocking off entrances and such but if there is enough of them they can probably break through but part of the challenge i guess
I think it's impossible to clean the mall completely... PZ's spawning algorithm will make sure there will always be a zed or two in the builiding eventually
How about make a bed for your character sleep
Don't think i can make one but I'm gonna try get a sofa or nicer chair to stop torturing him!
