From the bottom of my heart thank you for this video ❤ I’m a DIYer and always used wet cutter. I bought a sigma 2 series to do our upstairs bathroom and couldn’t work out how to use it…kept breaking tiles 😂😂😂

@Ste2023 the rubi tx 710 max is great but the sigma when you get used to them are on another level for accuracy of cuts and build, the 4 series comes with a laser which makes life much easier to see the cut line

@Ste2023 if you look on Facebook marketplace you might be able to pick one up there, most tiles in domestic situations are usually under 600mm or under so something like a 62, 67 or 72cmm size, if you need to buy one the the one I'm using in the video is a 2b3 model which will do the job, next one up is the 3 series then if you can stretch up to the 4 series with the laser would be the best one, try and get the push to score though

Why are you comparing the professional-grade Sigma tile cutter with Rubi, which is targeted at beginners (one of Rubi’s cheapest segments)? I’ve been working with the Rubi TX for over eight years and have never been disappointed with my choice. Moreover, guys who have worked with the Rubi TX or Rubi TZ stop using Sigma altogether
