What do you think of Dr. Death Wobble's 1979 Cherokee Chief?
Just finished a custom long arm kit on my Gladiator yesterday and have the Rock Krawler 3" lift springs and their RRD shocks - so far the ride is amazing. Haven't had it offroad yet but have cut corners to go over the curbs in the neighborhood multiple times just to see - soaks it right up. Rock Krawler is a great company to deal with as well - good choice.

That's why die is in diesel, dead sale for me with too many complications. I do enjoy your videos and did subscribe awhile back. I also love your 79 FSJ and your cute daughter as I own a 90 Black Beauty Grand Wagoneer since 99 and a 18 Cherokee Overland and 21 Gladiator High Altitude as well as a 7 year old daughter and love them all. im looking forward getting me a gladiator, should i get a sport and upgrade it, or just go with the Rubicon?
Depends on your goals. How hard do you plan to wheel it?
Mainly just a daily driver, but also looking to get into some off road stuff down the road, im completely new to all this stuff right now
i have a sport, warning on things i wish i had known, your doors will all develop a clicking sound from a design flaw, (broken inner weld) every JL and JT door will develop it. also the radio in the sport, aka the base 5 is TRASH. i loath mine, it's been replaced three times and they can't get it to work right, if you build one go 7 or 8.4 should have less problems. before you take it home, make sure they pushed in the fuses all the way, a continuing issue, if you get a hard top make sure the freedom panels are aligned, mine came from the factory so out of wack it's a miracle they didn't leak. I have the max tow so same axles as the rubicon, rides pretty well, 4.10 gearing, a good plus if you are looking to turn a sport or sport s into a cheaper off roader down the line

If you instal a lift kit outside of Mopar doesn’t that void your warranty?
Only for suspension
What Connor said. The dealer will still warranty if it’s a different kit. Just won’t warrant the suspension components.
I went with the Mopar lift and 37s on my Rubicon. I’ve been pretty pleased with it for the price, but I’m sure there are far better suspension lifts out there that are more “complete” kits. I don’t rock crawl, but use it on plenty of dirt roads and trails for hunting, fishing, camping, etc so it fits my personal needs well.
My diesel gladdy has been in the shop 4 times in the last 5k miles for "exhaust system service required". My engine throttles so bad I can't even accelerate. Incredibly frustrating. What codes showed on your diesel? Are you still having any issues?
Is your Ecodiesel still giving you problems with the Exhaust system?

well chrysler is just a two car brand now, french run stellantis is running the show.
I know you are trying to be nice, but Jeep is showing its ass with these gladiators. I am Bummed because I really want one.
