Vancouver is wet during the winter months. Not much snow when I lived there from 1999-2003, but allot of snow when I lived there in 2005-2006.

I miss Vancouver. Seems like pretty cold weather for this time lf year...though I was there 20 years ago...climate might be cooler now.
