Oh wow, this is so funny but my daughter (who got me into BTS 5 years ago) just recently had me watch on of One OK Rock's concerts! I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I was very very impressed by Taka's vocals as well!! The genres are different, but the vibe is reminiscent of BTS I think. So glad Nico could guest on your show John. My two most favorite reactors!!! Ahhhh Nico!💜 I'm so glad that you showed Nico OOR! I remember when I found OOR sometime before I found BTS in 2013, and I just had so much fun and I love these two groups because they have hard impacting songs and lyrics that I love! As I saw OOR 5 times (2 in Sacramento and 3 times on San Francisco) and yet to see BTS in concert (thanks Covid for denying me that first year before my birthday! 😭) each time had impact on me emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and there's no comparison (for me at least) when you get to sing along with the crowd and feel those lyrics resonate within you, no other feeling in the world knowing you finally feel like you belong there💜

I doubt he was sick my guy, maybe a headache before the show but I'd doubt he had like a fever during the show.
He has too much energy on stage to be sick
@@benookand4141he was indeed sick. Concert almost got canceled. It ended up starting about 45mins late due to him being sick. You can even hear his voice crack a couple of times during this song because of it. If you’re not familiar with his voice or only a casual fan you wouldn’t even know or notice these subtle cracks aren’t normal for him. Like the one at 8:47 of this video.

Hey guys,I love it that you introduce Nico to One Ok Rock,,along side BTS they are the best..
If you say it the Japanese way, it sounds like “one o’clock” but with rock instead of lock. (They used to practice at the studio at 1 in the morning because the rehearsal space was cheaper at that time. 😂) But yeah if you say “one okay rock” then it does sound like an Oklahoma radio station. I never noticed until you pointed it out, haha! 😂 But One Okay Rock is alright, since that’s how pretty much all English speaking fans say it.

I think (but an not 100% positive) that Taka was very sick before this concert. Others were encouraging him to postpone the concert, but he refused. The show started a bit late, but as you can see, magic happened. They are astoundingly amazing.

Of course the LIVE video is great, but "We Are" was written to be sung in chorus with 1000 18 year olds, and it is precisely because 1000 boys and girls shout "We Are!" at "18Fes" that the power of this song can be felt the most.
