    Short in time but not in accomplishment. Planks that you hold and hold + the dreaded side planks + crescent + locust poses = good strengthening. Thanks Lesley. I wish I could give you a hug of gratitude.

    Thank you Leslie! I especially appreciate this video because you manage to emphasize core work without the lie on back and lift head type moves-those strain my neck no matter how I try to modify! Saving this for sure!!

    Oh boy. This was fairly intense for me! My shoulders and arms were shaking! I've gotten out of the habit of "strong " yoga and this one kicked my butt. It's exactly what I need right now. Thank you!!

    so good. I needed a short strong class today on a day I did not want to exercise - but knew I needed to! So glad to see you are still doing this! I have been doing old workouts - loved this fresh one today. Thank you for all you do! If is lived closer I would join you on the beach!

      Hi There, Leslie has two or three videos that are less straining on wrists. search up fightmaster yoga no hands, or wrist pain. Hope this helps
