- This is Lufthansa's Business Class on the A350. Although not all passengers get direct isle access, and seats lack privacy for the solo traveller, I still enjoyed my stay on board. The seats were comfortable for a good sleep, and the food was delicious.

No aisle access is an automatic deal breaker for me. I know that they have to cram max # of premium seats into the cabin to pay for their shiny new A350s, but that's just ridiculous...there are other carriers that do 2-2-2 but still manage to grant direct aisle access to all passengers in the business cabin. I will never again fly Lufthansa! You pay so much money in business class just to get a seat configuration of 2-2-2! I also found the crew professional, but very, very businesslike. At times, they almost seemed annoyed when you press the call button. I’ve flown numerous times business class with other airlines, and the food and crew was much better with the other Airlines. I cannot recommend flying on the business class!
@@SabineBeckerPUSH Not defending Lufthansa but just stating my own observation. Almost every flight I’ve been on, the crew has been super friendly and some even go the extra mile. For an European carrier this is quite impressive. Maybe you just hit a bad set of crew during your flight.

I just made the terrible mistake of booking this Business class cabin (MUC-SIN), thinking I was going to get the new Allegris seats. I'm now trying to cancel it.
That's more premium economy than business class.
Fortunately these are still lie-flat seats 😀 and I had quite a good sleep. Thank you for your comments
The presentation of the food is a step back into the dark years of Lufthansa. 🤢 They can do it better. But when the Crew has no motivation you can see the result.
The crew at our section really did her best to give us the best experience. I should at least give Lufthansa credit for that 👍

Exactly ... i used premium to Munich then " upgraded " to business on my return leg and no improvement 😮 ... I have travelled extensively to middle and far east and Lufthansa has to be the worst carrier i have used as yet ... 🤔😱 Never Never Again
@@mykan7173 They introduced their new business class seats in 2022 but so far these are not found on routes to the Far East which is a shame.
Got to say.....compared to Emirates A380.....this looks shite.

as others have stated 2-2-2 making the middle the only rows that have aisle access for both passengers. Don't like the idea of climbing over the person I'm traveling with. Swiss BC has some of the same issues - there's a few "throne" seats in BC on Swiss Air but that's it.
Apparently they’re launching their new Allegris product in May 24. All business class seats will have direct isle access.

After today's experience with A330, I am sure Lufthansa business class is definitely the worsted experience that I had in the last several years, only new planes like the 787 or first class are acceptable. Service is okay but the cabin
I hear they now have new business class seats that will be fitted into their aircraft. Hopefully that will improve their product 😊
Lufthansa business class on the new A350 is remarkably bad. Easily the worst seats I have ever sat in. Awful food, really disappointed.
@@jonyork9143 Have you tried their new business class? 😀 I hear this is a big improvement. Seats are in a 1-2-1 configuration so all passengers get direct aisle access. And of course they’re also wider.
Nice video! I have my first Lufthansa Business Class flight next year to Osaka.
My question is, is the seat row 7 good? It had been mentioned that a lot people are crossing this part of the plane to get to the toilet. Even the economy people. That’s true ?
If you're sitting on one of the middle seats at row 7, then chances are people will walk in front of you to cross from one isle to the other 😌 Try reserving something at the side of the aircraft and you should be fine. Have a great flight to Osaka and enjoy your time in Japan 👍

Is it the cool jazzy background or was this a great inflight product?;) The hard product looks good and quite business-y to me, I suspect that LH deliberately designed it so it will not cannibalise their first class offering.. Would you say the lack of privacy is a dealbreaker for you in the future?
If you’re traveling with a partner, then it’s not really a problem. The seats itself are comfortable for sleeping and relaxing. Food was great and the crew at our section did her very best. All in all, I had a great experience and will not hesitate to repeat 😆

The seat does convert to a fully flat bed and you also get a thin mattress to place on top.

Yes.. Lufthansa’s business class configuration on the A350 is 2-2-2 which means not all passengers get direct isle access. People also complain that there is little privacy if you are a lone traveller. I had a travel companion so this was not a problem 😀

I have a similar complaint 😮 Lufthansa premium and business class on A350 are undoubtedly the worst i have ever used 😱 Never again !!!
