- Today we pressure wash a patio that was laid in 1962 and had never had a professional deep clean before.
The homeowner decided it was time to have the patio cleaned before having it repointed ready for the summer.

Wish you had done the walls and sides of columns.
Yes, was thinking the exact same. It's quite distracting to look at the columns after the wash since they and the statues are still so dirty. But overall great transformation.
The walls and side columns were cleaned at the end of the day via soft washing 👍🏼

Is it killing anyone else that the walls of the house weren’t done? lol it looks amazing but those dirty bricks just bother my OCD

If you look close or you try to clean the walls the brick gonna break the only wrong whit this method of cleaning is too destructive to the bricks and little edges of floor.

Another great Job lads 👍. I cleaned a similar job last week, the patio had not been cleaned since slabs were laid in 1994, it's easy forget how dirty these jobs were untill you compare before and after side by side

I've yet to find a use for the SH around here where I live but I do mostly porous concrete and it usually doesnt need it

There's no way that's nearly 60 years old. The steps, the rails, the pillars, none of it says early 60's to me. 😕
No way is that 60 years old the most common slabs back the where small pink and grey plus in 60 years more people would of fall on that patio tje

Epic grime, huge improvement. The terrace is dated and needs to be replaced but a great pressure washing job is the next best thing and a lot cheaper.

You can get an splash guard attachment that goes around the end of kranzle jet washers, so spray doesn’t go everywhere, you might be able to get something similar. Depends on the pressure I guess

Great job! I've got anxiety just looking at the design of that patio though 😲 Low fences, multiple steps and trip hazards. Not ideal for kids or slightly tipsy guests. Definitely from an era before health and safety! 🤣

you should have done the walls amd columns as well, the green is still visible. The patio is super but looks weird without the rest finished.

Thank you, yes the customer was having the patio repointed once we had cleaned the slabs as there was a lot of loose/missing pointing.

It probably would have been a good idea to pre-treat the top portion and the runoff would have run off onto that wall and on to the lower portion and would have probably made the whole thing a whole lot easier.

Great job, no kiln dried sand after the clean? For inbetween the pavers.
We don't always manage to film the resanding as this is done as an when the paving is dry and we haven't always got a camera set up each van.

Cheers 👍 We do have a hot system which you can see us using in some of our other videos pal but we don't tend to use this much on patio's/driveways as cold water and sh seem to do the trick on most.

Hi, I wonder if you can help, and tell me the name of the brand of that big floor cleaning thing, we have an awful lot of stuff here that we have to keep extra clean now, and that would make the paths so much easier than using the lance.
We have a £300 Petrol unit (Aldi?) I think, and it takes the usual hose, though I’m sure it’s generic now unlike the Karcher muzzling.
Fantastic video, looks awesome now, and will be fantastic once dry.

The floor cleaner we use is called a turbo devil 520MM surface cleaner. You would need to double-check that your machine has enough power and flow to power one of these. You may be best to contact a pressure washing supplier to find the best surface cleaner for your machine 👍
What kind of psi is your machine putting out used on this clean?
