Great stuff mate...Now you have put me in the mood to go to Spain and have my shoes polished with a street vendor and then I will go to Japan for a traditional haircut and shave and that will make the trio

That point speed 5 just cuts threw anything 💪🏻 it’s just as quick useing that as a fsc

The falch turbo nozzle alone is over £1000
Great vid mate, you’ve got a new subscriber! Do you ever worry about damaging the driveway with the pressure washer? For example, by spraying down the cracks you might loosen the paving?
On block paving no. Blocks are around 50mm deep and you only loose about 5-10mm of jointing sand. The biggest problem is people not resanding after. If you repeatedly clean but don't re-sand eventually you will have no joint sand and you'll be at the sub base. If you use too much pressure on mortar you can blow it out. You get more damage from acid rain and general wear and erosion then a pressure washer can do.
You probably dont give a damn but does anyone know a trick to get back into an instagram account..?

Hi. Great vids m8. How do I go about ordering a rince Down Nozzle & would it work with the wilks usa TX750i.
Cheers
Just wondering you said it was roughly 70sqm what would you charge for doing your work. Thx
Approx £175 cleaned and sanded
Hard to tell from the vid, do you use hot water or cold, vids great real-time and so professional
I use cold water, hot water doesn't really have many advantages when doing primarily residential cleaning.
@@DirtyDriveAway Cheers was looking a hot box lot of money, do you ever do roofs getting asked more & more as I clean and repair gutters as part of my side business
@@fredfoz6730 no I don't do roofs as the health and safety involved along with the special insurance is just too much grief. You have to clean from top down to avoid roof damage and the risk is too high. I've had chats with people that have tried it and had water ingress damage and it's cost them dearly. Running a hotbox on residential stuff really isn't cost effective.
can you add a link to where to get the nozzle
Hi, you cannot buy this nozzle online. You can only buy it from Falch direct and will cost just under £1700.
Hi. Will the falch point speed nozzle be compatible with the Wilks USA TX750I
Pressure (bar): 272 (3950 PSI)
Flow rate (l/h): 660
Power Rating : 8.0 HP - 210cc four-stroke engine
Hi no it won't. The falch needs a min of 200bar at around 18lpm. Although anything less the 250bar at 21lpm is pretty pointless as the tool is too expensive to run on low-power machines.
New van vid?
Did u use any chemical, if so what name, dilution and coverage
Thank You
Also can this 5 point falch fit on Ryobi 170bar pressure washer, any suggestions
No chemical on this. No the falch can't be used on a ryobi. In fact the falch doesn't really start performing until you go above 250bar at 21 litres min. Also pretty sure the falch nozzle will cost at least 8x the price of a ryobi washer.
some difference great work. i have a question about a turbo nozzle, man in shop gave me 07 size for my gx200 hawk pump 14lm 6.5hp. i taught 05 would be better he said 07 be fine , i think i have pressure drop for sure. would this damage my machine. nozzle is like your one blue one.
Hi, yeah thats way too big. You will def have pressire drop. 07 is for like 200 bar+ at 21lpm+. Sounds like he either couldn't be arsed swapping out jets or didn't have the right size. It wont damage the machine but youll be nowhere near full pressure.
@@DirtyDriveAway thanks for your help. really helpful
Can this be used on an indian stone patio or is it too powerful?
Yes it can be but it all depends on how good the mortar joints are. The problem with this nozzle is it needs a powerful machine to make it work efficiently. Ideally this nozzle needs a min of 250bar at 21lpm to be even worth considering buying (it's a £1700 nozzle)
@UCuv7PqZ-LBXXzYns8pzVyNA no worries. It's a very expensive nozzle for what it is. I typically favour a 25deg nozzle on sandstone as it reduces the possibility of damage.
Oh.... and what was the fitting you used to rinse? Thank you
It's a rinse down nozzle, I make them myself using a chem nozzle.
@@DirtyDriveAway how do you make them?
Dirty Drive-Away do you sell them ?

I make all the rinse attachments myself.
@@DirtyDriveAway Ah okay 👍
Fantastic vid. Would a Honda GX390 get rid of that lichen with a standard nozzle?
You'll probably need a turbo nozzle to shift it quickly. You'll need full throttle
@@DirtyDriveAway OK Thanks for your quick reply!
Normally I detest POV footage because it makes me dizzy and nauseated (I’m susceptible to motion sickness). I fast forward past it or look away until it’s over. This video however didn’t make me dizzy, maybe because the footage was smooth and gentle instead of jerky. I still prefer stable footage on a tripod, but this video was watchable for me.
I have various videos, some POV some on a tripod. When I do POV I try to keep it as smooth as possible. This was filmed on video glasses so I try to keep head movements to a minimum.
No one asking what Nozzle is that, and where to get it, geeezzzz !!
My only criticism is that you washed towards the house rather than away from it.
I wash towards the drain. The drive dropped towards the house, there is no point fighting nature, water will go where it wants and dirtying a wall is nothing that a rinse down won't sort out. Blowing all the crap onto the road just causes problems later. Clean up the muck as you go and rinse everything off when done. I have never once had a complaint about leaving an area messy or dirty, walls and fences etc can be rinsed. Blowing out towards passing cars and pedestrians is un-professional, try to keep it contained to the area in which you are working.
Dirty Drive-Away .............Very valid point. 🙂
How big is your water tank and how much water
did you use on the drive ?
I have 400l tank, usage depends how big the drive is and how high throttle I'm on.
Hi mate great video 👌🏽, could I ask where you got your wash down nozzle from towards the end of the video ? And what’s it called as I can’t find one anywhere ?
Keep the videos coming.
I made it myself hence why you can't find them.
Dirty Drive-Away ah fair one. Any hints lol
@@mwedgner really depends on your machine spec. I do sell them but the cost of 65deg stainless nozzles has gone up so they cost around £32 to make and post (UK)

It's a falch pointspeed 5 but they cost around £1700
I'm learning a lot from your videos mate cheers!
Can I ask one thing.. how would you go about soft washing a driveway that is sloped downwards towards the road using SH?
thanks mate.
I'm not a firm believer that softwashing is the best method to clean driveways. You will still need some decent pressure to remove the residue that the hypo removes. Hypo won't kill weeds or moss so if your driveway has weeds etc hypo won't remove that. Depending what type of driveway it is would dictate if hypo is needed. Block paving rarely needs it but I would always jet wash it first, this gives the SH an easier job and it works quicker and more efficiently. I wouldn't worry too much if it drains towards the road so long as it heads towards a drain, it all ends in the same place. SH dilutes very quickly so by the time it reaches the water course it's practically fully diluted to zero. Avoid jet washing it out as the excess pressure can spray it everywhere, a powerful low pressure rinse is best. SH is quite safe if used properly and all areas are thoroughly rinsed to ensure proper dilution. I am assuming your in the UK as places such as USA have strict waste water policies.
Thanks a lot for the reply bud, I am in the UK yes I’m just getting started to be honest so I’m just after as much information as I can get hold of before actually launching the business, as I have just been pressure cleaning family gardens to get to know the job I haven’t come across most situations yet, my plan is to get as much practice and knowledge about the job as I can this year then launch the business after next winter, I just wasn’t sure about what to do if I had to use SH one day but the driveway was sloping towards the road incase the excess left a nice clean draining line trailing out of the path and down to the nearest grid! Wouldn’t look professional 😄
Cheers mate much appreciated 👍🏻
@@seans9832 you are right about the trailing lines and you will predominantly see that on the block pave crossover (which you can't clean, well not under Bromley council anyway) that's why it's best to spray the area down first before you start rinsing to the road. You shouldn't be applying so much SH that it's running away anyway, you only need enough to wet the surface.
Thanks mate, yes it was more when I’m rinsing off to finish the job I was just worrying about lines outside on the pathway as the council around this area don’t allow it neither, so if I ever come across a situation where I’ve had to use SH and the run off will be trailing out of the driveway to a grid I’m best giving the pathway outside the driveway a good rinse down with water first and all should be fine yes?
Thanks again for your help mate 👍🏻
@@seans9832 yeah the council don't like people jet washing block pave crossovers because if it's not re sanded properly etc and blocks lift, if someone trips the council cop it in the ear. Just make sure you've applied plenty of water before washing out.

Falch won't jet for less than 200bar@16lpm but they are fussy who they sell too and to be honest anything less than 250bar@21lpm and your wasting your money. They handheld device is a rinse down nozzle, I make them myself.
MY MACHINE WILL GO UP TO 350 BAR...IS THAT OK FOR THE FALSCH
@@darrencrane6299 yeah that will work, I use mine on 250bar 23lpm. They are £1700 though.
I'd get myself a new keyboard first, one with a working CAPS LOCK
Is it Possible to run a tee connection on my champion 3200 psi Pressure washer with 2.4 GPM? I want to use 2 pressure washer gun?
Well anything is possible but 2.4gpm is pretty low flow rate to attempt a split. Usually most dual output machines would be 30lpm (7.9gpm) plus.
Technically what you would be doing is splitting the pressure/flow between 2 hoses you would effectively be running 1600psi 1.2gpm per hose which wouldnt give you great cleaning. Not only that but you would have to use an appropriate size nozzle jet, since the smallest common available size is an 020 which would probably be a tad large for 2 hoses meaning you'll never get full pressure. Basically you'll need a much bigger machine to be able to dual output properly.
Man! I Appreciate you. May the Lord my God bless you real good.
Turbo nozzle for the entire driveway??
Yes because FSC's are crap and don't deliver the level of cleaning I expect. This nozzle will clean better and just as quick as an FSC. Been there tried it and FSC just don't cut it.
@@gibsonspressurewashing9986 I have a surface cleaner but they don't clean as well as a proper nozzle. Most of our driveways are block pave with loose jointing sand. These driveways suffer badly with moss and weeds, a surface cleaner bogs down under all the muck that comes out. The sand is then replaced when dry.
That makes sense then!

How do you avoid all the silt/muck going down the drains?
Inevitably some will go to the drain. I scrape and bag as I go. Sand doesn't flow very well with the water so it kind of needs to be physically rinsed/pushed.
@@DirtyDriveAway thank you 👍
Dirty Drive Away , great video , what’s the best method for cleaning tarmac , can you use SH on it or just pressure washing ??
Hmm tarmac is awkward as it can really hold onto dirt. You can use SH but it may fade the black from it. For best results on a tarmac drive so long as its in sound condition is to clean it and then use a tarmac sealer to bring back the deep black look and water repellency. Something like smartseal tarmac restorer works OK or I've used rizistal tarmac restorer and its brilliant, covers everything and gives a just laid finish.
Thanks for your reply and advice .
Absolutely amazing.
Thank you
how much was the nozzle please
£1700
Could you not of hypo it then use the FSC
Hypo doesn't work on white lichen. FSC's are crap, they never clean like a proper lance. Yes they can be quick but speed doesn't mean quality.
It would kill it and make it come off easier
@@JetnVacExteriors White lichen is crusty and forms a skin over the top. With a powerful enough machine like mine theres no point wasting time waiting for a chemical to work. That's why soft washing doesn't remove it. I dont need to waste an expensive chemical on something that my lance will remove quite easily. Its not like black lichen that needs a chemical to shift and keep at bay.
Can you buy this turbo lance and the rinser attachment. Amazing.
£1700 will buy you the falch nozzle, I can make up those rinse down nozzles but it really depends on the spec of your machine as to how well the rinse down nozzle works. It's a low pressure chem nozzle but sized really large to give full flow but reduced pressure. My 250bar machine runs about 70bar with the rinse nozzle. They can be made to suit most machines but it usually means fitting a slightly bigger than standard nozzle on a 60deg fan.

@@brettstewart4118 I would scrap the whirlaway and buy a decent washer. That hyundai won't be 4000psi continuous pressure, probably more like 3000. They over hype their figures and give you max pressure, which is surge pressure and not continuous. If you want a proper washer I would go for a gx390 200bar at 21lpm. You will need a water tank to run it from but a tank fed machine will have the power needed to do professional cleaning. The 390 washers are gearbox driven with proper return to tank bypass system. Non gearboxes washers run hard and hot and tend to have more failures. Q washers will have everything you need to get started and his aftersales is excellent.
That hyundai washer is positive feed (connects to a tap). Unless your tap has really good pressure and flow and the machine is connected to it pretty close I doubt it will ever be able to make full power as a garden tap will struggle keeping it happy. Thats why karcher machines top out around 10lpm because the water board only promise a min of around 9lpm supply, well round here anyway.
Thank you very much mate I will look into this and just out of Interest why scrap the wirlaway??? I was going to get a 30inch after looking at one tbf I thought this makes jobs quicker and more thorough..?
How do Phil. It still makes me smile when I see the falch. The thirsty beast. , I see the job must be paying now. Did you treat yourself to a new van. Thanks for the advice. Chat later.
Yeah bought a new van last year. Old one just kept failing on me so treated myself to some mod cons lol. Can't beat a bit of air con after a hot days graft.
what always mazes me is ...why not do the fences too / first (that grey you see is mold etc as well ) ... if your going to do a good job .... DO A GOOD JOB ..... not this guy's fault ..IT'S THE CUSTOMER
Once you get involved in cleaning fences you then have to treat them. They grey you mentioned isn't mould it's called patina and is the natural greying of the wood, it's basically the woods natural reaction to the environment. When it comes to cleaning and doing "a good job" where would it stop? You clean one thing like the driveway and yes it makes the fence stand out, you clean one section of fence and then the rest of the properties fence stands out. You could go on and on, in reality you use so little pressure on wood so not to damage it this is really a task the house owner can do with a small washer. If your paying a professional like myself to do all these tasks can you imagine the cost of the job. It would go from a relatively quick driveway clean to spending a couple days on everything. At the end of the day I clean what the customer has asked and is paying me to do. Fencing in the UK is probably one of the most neglected exterior areas.
Cool tips
What exactly are Lichens? I thought it was bird excrement honestly. Then I started watching shows like this and I learned thats incorrect and its called Lichens but what exactly is that?
Hey Megan, it's a fungal spore. Typically blows in off trees etc and settles on the stonework. You will often see it on house roofs in orange or white. These spores are crusty unlike its root-bearing nasty brother, black lichen. Black lichen is root bearing and really grips onto stonework, this requires a chemical to kill it off. White and orange crusty lichen need pressure. They are natural and you will often see them around old york stone, namely in church areas.

Is there some reason you would start at the street and wash everything towards the house, rather than start up by the house and wash everything towards the road?
BTW that’s quite an impressive washer!
Yes, you always clean towards the natural drainage of the water. This driveway slopped towards the house and fighting nature just makes your life hard. Ideally you want to avoid blowing it out onto the street as cleanup can be time consuming. You will also be trying to avoid spraying cars and pedestrians, if you flick stones up you could end up with an insurance claim for damage or injury. Don't fight nature go with the flow, water will go wherever it wants and fighting it is just a waste of time. All spray and muck on doors/windows is easily rinsed off. Yes that nozzle is a beast. Phill
Why are you spraying it towards the building??!! It drives me insane!! I couldn’t watch it all🤨🤨
Because you can't fight nature, you always clean towards the natural drainage of the driveway. Since it dropped towards the house that's the way you clean. You should avoid cleaning out towards the road as much as possible. Passing pedestrians, vehicles and gritty sandy water don't mix well with insurance. Also since there is an aco drain running along the front of the house it's the obvious direction, all the sand is easily scrapped up and the water drains. Mess is easily cleaned with a rinse down after washing, no harm done. Blowing all that sand and muck into the road just increases the risk of damage and cleanup is a pig.
Dirty Drive-Away ohhhhhh I get It now!! Okay I’ll go back and see the finished work 😜😜
