Hi Chelsea, just the fact that you have awareness is worth taking a moment to rejoice. What I do myself is at times when I feel anxious, (and I have awareness of it in that moment) take in a conscious breath. Do 10 or 20 if you need. I find it connect me to the present moment and start to calm everything else in the world.
