Post back surgery, I wasn't allowed to use my regular vacuum or lift more than 5 pounds. This comes in at 5.03 pounds and is fine for the meantime. I ordered from Walmart online, and it was on rollback price $85! I appreciated your review, especially carefully showing how to change filters, etc. I have trouble figuring out the diagrams in the instruction booklet. It was much clearer when you showed how to do it. Thank you!
"Invested" in this 6 months ago, and loved it. 😍 Sad to say it never would re-charge, in spite of the blue indicator light. Never worked again. Damn. Mothers Day gift.😡
Oh no 😞 Did you contact customer service? I've never had to deal with them, but im curious about how good the service is. It seems like it's a hit or miss from my comment section on other tineco products. Some people get their product replaced easily, I'd say it's worth a call. Hope they can help!

Thank you for your kind comment! 😁 I have a cat, and it definitely helps with hair too, not just the cat litter. I actually use it to vacuum my couches every now and then too and it works really good for that purpose!
Walmart has a newer model of this one, the S10, that is a "Black Friday" promotion. Very similar with a detachable battery for up to 40 minutes of run-time. It was $148, but has since dropped to $118 online.
@@greghale717 yeah, the S10 pretty much the A10 but with the smart display ($279 at Walmart), I wonder if they gave the S10 a replaceable battery unlike with the A10.
Try vacuuming Barefoot. Did you ever do that? I bought this vacuum yesterday and it is being delivered tomorrow. Can’t wait to try it out. No carpet in my house, so, they said they were quite nicely.
Don't have to wet the pre-filter, tap the lower part of the filter on the side of the sink. There is a filter cleaner that works well, it's one of the optional accessories shown in the User's Manual. I use an unfolded paper clip to help clear the bin of stubborn stuff that won't come out.

My max function stopped after 3 days. I was outside of the refund but Tineco stated that I could keep it and they were sending me out a different one and better one so we'll see. I have the PWRHERO 10 SERIES red in color and costed me $350 I bought it because it came with 2 batteries. So we'll see how Tineco deals with this. All I wanted to do was do an exchange if I had had been within the 30 days for refund that's what I would do. I also called the company I bought from today just to see if I could exchange it but they said they let me know as it was more then 30 days 42 to be exact!
I always make a 6 month update video to let people know if the product is still working good. If you haven't decided by then, give it a watch when I upload it. As of now, I'm still loving the vacuum and suction is still pretty good!

How do I get the top filter off to replace it?
Curious, does this vacuum stand up on its own if I were to leave it in the living room and run to the washroom real quick for example ???
