I have my M1 MacBook Air and M1 iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Not upgrading anytime soon.
I like my m1 air and see absolutely no reason to upgrade anytime soon
I bought one last week love it
No more marketing's BS :)
The chip will last a few more years but the display will feel like trash compared to the new Oleds. If you dont care about the Oled or game allot yeah there really is no reason
@@Marco-em2inthe only ipad with oled is the pro 13 inch. All the other new ipads are leds.
@@jisooism Wrong the 11” Pro is Oled too.
Just upgraded to new iPad air from a 6th gen iPad from 2018 with only 32GB storage and only WiFi. I’m using it to replace my Windows laptop and the old iPad. So far I am pleased with the upgrade and replacement. I was debating between getting a MacBook and the tablet. So far, it is working perfectly for what I need. The purple color is somewhat muted compared to my phone, but I think it looks a lot better than space gray.
An iPad Mini Pro would be awesome.
I'm trading my 11-inch M1 iPad Pro. For the 1 TB 11-inch iPad Pro with the Apple Pencil Pro.
Hi. Are you positive that the usb C apple pencil is compatible with the new ipad air.
I have heard to the contrary. A clarification and confirmation will be grateful
10th Gen iPad and New iPad Air M2 (6th Gen) are BOTH 10.9 inch (if you carefully read the small letters in the description of the new 11" Air)
I have 2nd gen 2017 ipad pro..may be ill go for ipad air which actually has the specs of last ipad pro 2022
If I update it would be because of the OLED screens…you can see the difference
I just want an iPad mini with an OLED screen
we all do
That is the dream
Waiting impatiently for the new Mini. It's the size that works for me. Hurry up, Tim.
Thanks for the content.
Honestly the iPad Mini is so overpriced... Should be almost the same price as the regular iPad!
What could be S9+ vs ipad air 6
how come none of these review are not mentioning the forthcoming Mini 7 Pro
Because it’s not happening.
It will probably be just a iPad mini 7
Main commenter: your sentence includes a double negative meaning what you actually wrote was “these reviews ARE mentioning the forthcoming Mini 7 Pro”
@@JayJay-sk3iutwo wrongs don’t make a right
I will get a new iPad when OLED comes to the air. Or, perhaps by then it will have a new name like iPad almost pro. Seriously though, maybe they will call it the iPad plus?
Yepp!
Finally I’ve hit the wall with Apple. I mean 3 pencils in their iPad lineup is just not good. So now I must buy a new pencil AND keyboard to just properly use the new iPad products. Nah, I’m not doing it. You can’t make me 👿
My prediction is everyone is talking bad about the iPad, that’s going to lead up to the WWDC and then 💥 all positive. Then more will go out and purchase one. I’m coming from the 2018 pro and my battery sucks, so I’ve been actually waiting to trade it in for a new mini for traveling which never came out, so I traded it in for a new pro.
you can get a Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 with OLED screen for 250
probably consider that before you pay apple $1000 for something you'll probably just watch Netflix on.
All that power in the chip yet brought down by IOS so much power not even used
iCrap: outdated, messy convoluted options
Isn't the iPad just a big iPod Touch?
It will vanish just like ipod, the day Macbook gets touchscreen due to low sales 😂
Depends on what you use them for; designers and editors use them quite frequently. For aviators such as myself we use them as electronic flight books.
@@superiortoall22aviation will keep the iPad around for a long time
@@PlasticSquareit’s doing stuff a macbook can’t, like reading books when you’re on the move, playing games virtually like a handheld console, a navigation device, music device, it’s portability is great, it’s a pick up and go multifunctional device. A macbook is for conferencing, writing, watching movies at home, it’s not a thing you are going to whip out of your bag when you need to do something. So i imagine the ipad is here to stay.
Only the cheapest ipad is worth getting because the operating system does not even allow utilizing all the power of the expensive ipad.
I NEED the 13" screen for displaying sheet music, so the base iPad doesn't work. If I didn't already have an 13" M1 Pro, the now 13" Air would be my go to.
Yep! Not gonna buy iPad until I can install macOS software ska blender to use those m3/4 chip
@ZZZRaven65 Galaxy Tab Ultra is better for music notes due to its screen size and ratio
@@whatgacatoo expensive without developer's support..and with static image retention with many discussion in reddit too
@@whatgaca I disagree… I don’t care for the Galaxy Ultra’s 16:10 ratio. My 12.9” iPad Pro with its 4:3 aspect ratio gives me a screen that is basically the same size as my paper charts. Furthermore, “ForScore” is arguably the best sheet music software - and it is only available for Apple OSes.
Helpful! ..and thank you for saying : “starts at $1000 and $1300”….the 999999 thing is just silly …call a spade a spade
😊cool
Unfortuantely iPads are vastly overpowered for the tasks they have to accomplish. Most of the apps in iPadOS are baby apps and the operating system is so locked down that accomplishing most tasks takes much more effort than on a computer.
this video is hella confusing
One mistake they did was putting the M4 chip on the iPad and not the MacBook
Not buying them. Waste of Money in my Opinion.
On every new Icrap '' more faster , more powerfull '' :))
Cracky "prrrooooooo" so annoying
First losers
