Your videos are slick, well-produced, and have all the footage I'd want to see. I have no idea why youtube keeps recommending channels that barely put in an effort over yours.
Hey there, thanks for the nice comment! I appreciated it a lot. I'm guessing it's mainly because of the reach of the channel. 17k subs may seem a lot to a small channel, but we're still small-fry... I hope eventually that the time and effort put into the videos pays off. Fingers crossed! 😺
Batocera just announced their Moonlight I think that's what it was called upgrade to their Batocera line. It looks so cool and performance seems awesome.
@@TeamPandory Thanks Tim, bet I get hit with UK VAT...Bugger...The amazon links actually don't show the same machine, just similar ones from other suppliers. Looks like I'll get direct from GMKTec
Amazon in the US has the correct links. Gmktec don't seem to have their PCs listed on the UK site yet. Will be interesting to hear how you find this pc. I know you've been on the lookout for a while 😉
@@TeamPandory Will be sure to let you know Tim, thanks for taking an interest in guiding me, the reviews are FAIR and and you never just push the product. That's appreciated in a world of product placement for favours. It's going to be like a Ferrari compared to my old Intel i7 early generation that is nigh on 20yrs + old (well, that's the hope). I'm not so into the latest games (although I may have a peek), it's more or less going to be my web and emulation machine. Cheers from the cold old UK..Keep away from those power stations over there old man :)
Raises the clock speed by only .05 actually. They're literally the same CPU. I don't know how AMD gets away with pulling a stunt like that. Very satisfied with my 6800H system though!!
Hi Kat. Good question, but the thing is the fan changes to full speed when the CPU gets to around 80 degrees Celcius, cooling it. The only real problem regarding heat is that there's no real cooling or way to dissipate heat from the area where the memory or NVME sit.
@@TeamPandory Hey TP, thanks for the quick response. 👋 I'm good with temps that stay below 90C, as mobile APUs are designed to withstand higher throttle thresholds. 80C @ 45W sounds reasonable, as my 5800H @ 54W (SER5 MAX) ranges 80C-85C. I'm experienced with Beelink products (I have 3), but what draws me to this unit is the 680M with standard barrel connector. Beelink keeps pushing their proprietary magnetic PSU. 😅
@@KatRollogmktec apparently designed some of beelink's mini PCs. Beelink turned it upside down though, so the CPU doesn't cool as the design intended. Tbh currently this 6800h sits in the sweet spot for price... Especially if you mess with emulation :-)
@@TeamPandory Thanks, I'm quite experienced in emulation and mod a 75k fb group for it. I bought 1 unit and received 2 review units from Beelink to write technical articles for over at reddit. Good to have another brand for comparison. Your video is helpful, cheers!
@@TheTundercat222 yeah it's a current 2023 game, high settings 1080p I get around there too. Lower the resolution to 720p and quality settings if you want more FPS.

Will check it out! Thanks for the heads-up 😊
I presume this is the Mini PC you were referring to for my emulation needs Tim? Looks fantastic.....
Yeah man, this is definitely top tier for emulation 😎👍
I linked it in our community tab a few days back

Yes it can. Check the review linked 😊
