I've just been browsing through my subscription feed which I have been neglecting for months now and I can honestly tell you my heart skipped a beat when I saw your name pop up on the list. That made me realise how much I like and appreciate your music and what a standard of quality you have established. Your music is mesmerising and this composition is no exception.
The part at 1:08 (only an eight second part or so) immediately reminded me of one of the songs from Robot Wars, which was played for the head to heads in Series 10. Of course it _had_ to be the Head To Head song and this picture.
It is uncanny how even the buildup (calm vs busy parts) are also shared between the two (I'm guessing because they're the same genre, I'm no metal expert). It's a great song, though.
Funny to see this comment. RW S10 had such an underrated soundtrack.
This song is fantastic, it really seems to be illustrating a story, excellent way to escape
To sleep forever with no feelings, no knowledge, no struggle, no weaknesses, no failure, no doubt, no awareness of anything that does sometimes seem quite comforting.
It really has a lot of emotion behind it. Makes it feel like a big event is occuring.
I do think that towards the end, before it gets calm for the last time, it feels really chaotic. Too many notes going on to be able to make out a melody.
