Just test drove a Ryker 900 Rally, a lot of fun, but I intend to drive to work and back and maybe even some short tours. The best thing about the Rykers are the cost, half the price of any of the Spiders, more of a standard, stripped down motorcycle.
Speed only kills eventually, i always think its great to enjoy riding and keep safe , we definitely dont need more speed , getting around having a good time is better than pure speed...
The Ryker is for fun city commutes. It’s not for touring. It’s great for around town riding and commuting to work, etc. it’s maintenance free and very reliable….., and it’s highway capable if need be
Keep it between the ditches Haha I'm sitting here waiting for it to change gears lol on video sounds like your turning 10.000 RPM great video ride safe
I am not sure how jittery you felt it but I can say that the 600 I rode liked grabbing the grooves where heavier vehicles sink the pavement slightly. It was not as bad on the Spyder with that model having power steering assist. From what I have experienced with trikes they can get effected by irregularities in the pavement.
I have seen other videos where they say there are 2 plastic links on each side of the sway bar. When switched out to aftermarket metal/ aluminum links, the difference is said to be night & day.
Great question Ray. It being more difficult to steer than the Spyder due to no power steering and that CVT made it seem like something I would not want to push the limits. However, the lead of the demo ride was much older and smaller framed than me. He did great on it leading in my review of the Spyder. ruclips.net/video/RH6PnPqvTIA/видео.html
It was a lot more difficult than I anticipated. Like moving about 40 - 50 lbs around. The Spyder was much easier. If you like the looks of the Ryker then an F3 Spyder might be a better option. Of course you should try them for yourself. This demo ride was an hour long. Maybe Can-Am is hosting one near you?

Great points. It will be a great machine for that kind of riding!

I can see a point in that.

Thank you for the input. I can see it working great in the urban environment for sure.

Man that engine was just boogieing to get the CVT to move me down the road😄
I took one for a test ride this week and found it very jittery, if not dangerous . Is this common or was I doing something wrong?

I think its probably something you get used to over time...
What are the two cameras you’re running?
This video is the Hero8 Black on the chin bar and the Hero Max 360 single lens on a chest mount.
Hello! What’s the mpg ? Thanks
Some claim 31-34 miles per gallon. I cannot confirm those numbers since this is a demo bike.
30 to 35 , depending how you ride it
Maybe worth the extra 30$ a month for the 900cc if financing
I wish I could have tried the 900 for comparison.
So how fast would you feel safe going on it.

600 is not a small engine, but at deceleration it sounded a bit like a lawn mower.
It would be one heck of a mower!🚜
Was the steering very difficult with no power steering sounded difficult but you made it look easy!

I don’t think the steering is that hard at all
👍😎✌
👍😄
the bike is awesome but wind screen sucks
👍Good to know. What is your height and which windscreen did you use?
The 900 Rally is my choice. Plenty of ponies for the highway , it would make a perfect back road cruiser.
I need to try one of those!
It sounds like a golf cart.
It did!
That’s one awesome golf cart! I I would love one!
the rykers will do over 105+ easy with a tune, exhaust setup.
Impressive! They would not let do that though.
