The radiator is really nice!
The weakest part of the radiator is the drain plug thread and plug. It’s got soft aluminum drain plug which it wears out so fast. I wish CSF would fix that issue and make drain plug and thread a lot more stronger. I’m considering Mishimoto brand to replace CSF on my Taco!

I running csf radiator in my Tacoma. My coolant temperature running below 190 always Towing my trailer every day. Amazing radiator.

The easiest way to take them Toyota hose clamps is to use needle nose channel locks.

Yes, I've mostly heard of it happening when people are offroading or towing. Some will even add a beefier trans cooler, or even pin the trans thermostat so it stays open.

I had my factory Tacoma radiator slowly leak and overheat over time. There was a small crack in the radiator between the plastic and metal portions of the radiator. Thankfully it didn’t overheat too much and damage the engine.
I don’t do any off-roading with my truck and generally baby it all the time. I think the OEM radiator is crap.

Mine's a 2008 and pulling a popup trailer up some bigger hills in the Arizona summers mine will get up to 245+ so I turn my heater on to keep it from going higher. I'm looking into a replacement, so yeah depending on where you live

I know this is not the video to ask about this, but if you were so kind to let me know why you switched back the oem air intake when you had the injen evolution before, did you have issues with it. I was planning to biy one but dont know if its really worth it. Thanks in advance

So overall I loved the intake, but for me since I do have a snorkel it was kind of defeating the purpose of the snorkel and it was loud as hell lol I sounded like a race car at times so that being said if I didn’t have a snorkel I would have kept it installed

So far I’m loving it the looks alone lol but I honestly needed to replace my old radiator so that’s why I upgraded but so far everything has been fine and hasn’t overheated again so I’m happy
