The game warden said it is cutaneous fibroma or deer fibroma. Caused by a deer specific papilloma virus. Harmless for the most part. They will eventually fall off or disappear unless they take over their head and restrict eating, drinking or breathing.
@@TexasHomesteaders I had a friend who had a couple deer with them in Alabama. Pictures look so similar. Game warden said he should harvest those deer and the meat should be ok. He let them walk and this past hunting season he did not see them. 🤷♀️
I have contacted the game warden and Texas parks and wildlife. I am waiting to hear back from them.
