Fuente will be my number one cigar company forever. My uncle always smokes fuentes had me cutting his cigars since a kid. And now im cutting them and lighting them to enjoy for myself. No other company can come close to fuente. Mad respect for the generations of this family. If it wasn’t for fuente I probably wouldn’t be enjoying cigars.❤
The chateau Fuente was the first box of cigars I ever purchased. The Hemingway is now my favorite cigar I’ve ever smoked. Such a cool sorry and heritage. I’m happy to support this brand and family.
Thank you for not giving up and pushing on, so I can have the chance to smoke an Arturo Fuente cigar. Phenomenal cigars as long as it comes out of your factory. Was in DR but didnt have the chance to visit the factories. Will be back to visit!
Im sitting in my garage watching this at 3 AM smoking my very first Don Carlos.... What an epic journey. Just might have found my new favorite cigar. The complexity and smoothness of this cigar is unreal. Thank you Fuente family for making such an incredible product.
I’m legitimately proud of the fact their cigars are my favorite. Such a great story, smoking their sticks makes me feel in a small way like I’m part of their journey.
Incredible story of persistence and dedication. My desert island cigar is the Don Carlos double robusto. I could smoke these above all other cigars from any country for the rest of my life.
There were two things taught to his kids when they arrived from school, the family trade and learning the responsibilities of the work for some day they will take over the family job.
What a great video and story of the history of Fuente!! I love the stories behind the cigars I smoke!!I have great respect for everyone in the growing and harvesting of the tobacco and to the men and women who hand make the cigars!! Keep up the wonderful work that all of you do!! From a grateful cigar smoker in the United States... Hampton Virginia to be exact!! Much respect!! 😁👊💪
Beautiful testimony that no matter what against all odds, hard work and perseverance anyone can achieve their dream in America! Love the Arturo Feuente Cigars!
My absolute favorite cigar maker. Smoking a Curly Head right now, which...thank you A.Fuente for giving us such a excellent and extremely affordable cigar.
Great story. It’s all makes sense now. I had a Chateau cigar for the first time and it’s definitely the best cigar I’ve had hands down. Didn’t want to put it down. Smoked it down to the end. Thank y’all for your hard work.
Great documentary! I have a question! So in 1988 ( 15:20 ), prior to Carlito meeting the French man who told him he was never going to be great because he's not creating cigars but merely assembling them, what were Arturo Fuentes cigars made with since they'd arrive in the DR? Were they growing Dominican tobacco at that time and using it for filler/binder? Or were they simply manufacturing cigars using tobacco bought from local farmers? Or perhaps tobacco from other countries? And what about wrappers? As I understand it, nowadays AF cigars, other than the OpusX lines, uses a variety of wrappers for the regular production cigars. Was it the same prior to the French man saying the "you'll never be great" quote? Basically, did Carlos and Carlito begin growing tobacco in the DR prior to 1988 (for filler and binder) or were they simply manufacturing cigars?
The way understand it from other research, they weren’t producing their own wrapper. The French tobacconist, told him he needed to produce a wrapper. Something that had been tried and had failed in that Country.
There are a lot of amazing good premium cigars out there on the market Davidoff, Oliva, Partagas, Bolivar, Cohiba, Padron, Monte Cristo... etc etc but when it comes to history of the tobacco industry and marketing and sales also the construction and performance of cigars I only have 2 in my top list Arturo Fuente and Perdomo cigars and even tho this video only tells the story of the Fuente Family the Perdomo went through something simular but at the end of the day if I have to pick in a walk-in Humidor I will always pick the Opus X over any other cigar aaaaaand if the cigar store doesn't have it well my 2nd choice will be the Arturo Fuente Añejo
And in all those countries in south and middle america who was controlling the telecom? And the one who controls telecom controls the intelligence agency operating there on the behalf of the ones who makes the so called money. Connect the dots please.

Great story. It’s all makes sense now. I had a Chateau cigar for the first time and it’s definitely the best cigar I’ve had hands down. Didn’t want to put it down. Smoked it down to the end. Thank y’all for your hard work.
Even their “cheap” cigar, the 5-8-5, is a great smoke. Inspiring story
858
They also have "Curly Heads" which are Cuban sandwiches and even cheaper. The 8-5-8 is cheap but not the cheapest Fuente.
@@Lycosa
Smoking a Curly Head right now. It's my "go to" smoke. Affordable and quality.
Siempre he fumado este cigarro,el mejor del mundo, éxito a la familia Fuente, dios los bendiga.
Beautiful story

Smoking a Rosado Gran Reserva hoping I can get my hands on an Opus X or am Anejo soon. New to the cigar world and I LOVE Fuente cigars
Amazing
Amazing truly amazing
Sold them out of the house for cash only. That's a boss right there
RIP Mr. Fuente
Narrated by fat tony. Awesome
Pat sheeba it wasn’t fat tony his name is joe and he is on a cop show everyone watches
Smokey729 fat Tony is the name of the character Joe Montenga voices on The Simpson’s
Narrator is Joe Mantegna I believe. Best known as Fat Tony from The Simpsons!!
It is, I can hear it.
Its not about getting knocked down, its about getting back up again.
I love the opus line. I wonder why there so many retailers and distributors that dislike Carlito?
Never had a bad AF cigar. They are affordable and everywhere with a lot of choices. No wonder they are a big cigar giant.

Song name at 14:00
Best cigars in the business
I will only buy Arturo Fuente
Audio is all messed up
makes me want to light up a cigar
Darn Fine Cigars.
Who’s voice is this?
I always have a box of Hemingways and Don Carlos #3 in my humidors at all times.
Carlos was more american than cuban. Arturo Fuente is a cuban american brand
Smoking a Fuente as I watch this video
👍👍
I love the curly heads.
Why do I know that voice who is the narrator
It sounds like it could be actor Joe Mantegna.
Is the narrator a voice for one of the mob guys in Simpsons?
After watching this im not sure im worthy of smoking a Fuente
that's Joe Montegna narrating....
Is that Fat Tony from the simpsons doing the voice over?
Is this voiced by Fat Tony from the Simpsons???
The Opus X is pretty good bruh.
Opus x 😂 leave those poor opuh's alone!!
They chose an italian american to do the voice over in Joe Mantegna? Why not a spaniard?
Did Fat Tony from the Simpsons do the commentary? Lmao
And in all those countries in south and middle america who was controlling the telecom? And the one who controls telecom controls the intelligence agency operating there on the behalf of the ones who makes the so called money. Connect the dots please.
This is an example of what communism can do to peoples, I am Cuban and this put a not in my throat.
Ironically I’m smoking an A. Fuente Chateau SG as I’m watching this !!! Amazing story great cigars!!!! 😊
