Kool stuff man..I been watching SurfStrengthCoach,s stuff for years....I dont wanna drop channel names without permission but if you are landlocked, theres a dude who works paddle strength using 15lbs resistance bands to simulate paddle,ing...how long have you surfed man?
No worries drop all the channel names you want to :) I’m not monetized in any way or form so I have nothing to lose ;) Usually I just go paddling in a lake for paddle practice but I’m open to anything right now :D I‘m surfing for about 10 years now ^^
@@ChrisGenau Paddling in a lake probably beats any dry land paddling and you can work a few duck dives as well..You probably have a full schedule with your surf coach course but ifya chek Hydro Mind he has some kool stuff, his..Get Ready For Surf Trips FAST video covers his resistance band paddling drills in a short time but worth looking over his stuff.
@@middleagedshred I never have enough content to look at and find new ideas :) thanks a lot for that pointer Any chance you can post a link to the specific video you’re referencing? That would be lovely!!
Really not that much, a few dumbbells/or kettlebell, gymnastic ball and resistance bands is all you need to do most of the erxercises with a bit of creativity, I don't need a gym at all to follow the program. Had to get creative with the places I do chin ups, so if you had a bar or anything similar, that would be a plus 🤙🏽 hope that helps :)
Great story !
Thank you man!! Really appreciate it 🤙🏽
Will def take a look into the program 🤙🏽 thanks for the video
