I have received support and help from Beach Camera! They are sending me a DJI Mic 2. I'll update as this progresses. So far, I'm happy with the customer service they have provided.
Someone took the right DJI product out, and swapped it for the no-name wireless mic kit. Either a fraudulent return (most likely), or someone scamming people who works at Shop My Exchange. Scummy move whoever did it.
@@wwjoshdew Yeah those rough edges on the shrinkwrap indicate a crappy rewrap job quality stuff just looks like 1 piece. have you heard anything about a refund/replacement?

Bummer you got scammed. I guess this is a warning for all ordering things this time of year. Imagine if you didn't video the entire unboxing and didn't have proof of what you were given.

Nah they didn't pack it wrong someone swapped it out and returned it. That's not even a DJI mic in there just some Chinese junk.
