13 years old and this is going to be my business
I wish I had known at 13 what I wanted to do for a good part of every day! I can't imagine anything better than helping people create beautiful outside spaces for their homes. Good luck to you.
Great video man!
Man, I really love your video! I'm an landscape arc student and I'm struggling to make good design. Thanks for your hardwork and inspiration!
Hi Agah,
I'm landscape arc from VN. Can I get your email/facebook to chat and learn each other?
Класс! Ты такой молодец! здорово, что ты делаешь это руками! )😊
I'm studying Bsc in Horticulture (Landscape Design) and this is everything. thanks
Thank you so much for the kind words!
As a final landscape architect student thus has been very helpful. Thank you
Thank you Eric..
I study landscape architecture and my biggest problem is all the drawing... I‘m so unbelievable thankful for your videos!!! I will use them to improve my drawing skills. Thank you so much for your work und inspiration :)
Thank you! i'm so glad the video helped!
Try checking out Landscape Graphics by Grant Reid. It’s really helpful for drawing
Fancinating
Do you have any videos in which you design on topographically difficult land? DO you have videos on public spaces?
love the 80s intro
profiles yoooo synthwave squad checkkkk
What does this scale mean on a plan:
On too there are 3 numbers from 0 8 16. On the bottom of this bar it says 0 4 from left to right as on top for left to right says 0, 8, 16
What technique do you use on elevation views? I’m trying to draw trees and vegetation on an elevation. Muscle memory seems to have eluded me after 40 years
Many thanks ..Irealy love your video Can i send you my design and give me your advice and evaluation?
How do you figure what size you need to print in order to start the process?
Do you often go so in depth with hand drawings? Is it easier and faster than computer?
Yes, most of the time I develop the concept plan by hand. Hand drawing is faster and allows for more creativity than software.
Great technique! Where did you study Landscape Design? did you go to SUNY ESF?
Thank you, I studied at the academy of art in San Francisco.
Do you have a chance to add Turkish subtitles to your videos?
good video, but iso steril. I would like to see doing an existing backyard .
What is that roll of paper your using where can I buy it
It is standard tracing paper. Here is a link to what we use. amzn.to/3yI92rA
line weights?
For my hand-rendered plans I usually only use one or 2 pens thicknesses, I save the line weight fuss for Autocad.
it is much better to make BGM lower.
sometime I cant hear you T.T
very nice to watch your videos ^.^
Thank you for the feedback will tone it down a bit for future videos.
yes, if possible, speak a little louder
Why not just do all if this on a Wacom tablet? No more layering of several sheets of trace paper.
I do both and think both are equally valuable. Sometimes hand drawing is faster and it is certainly more affordable.
@@EricArneson , and more alive, agree)
I'm going to have to give you a 7/12 this is quite disappointing you make some good points and give credible information yet the access to these tools require specific circumstances but thanks either way but shall recommend
