@@christy3d I honestly just cut strips of tulle and ribbon (whatever I was using for the tutu) and one of the crochet headbands (maybe multiple if needed) then just cut materials to desired length and tie into alternate holes in the headband.

This tutu looks incredible. I can't tell when you are sewing on the ribbon, are you feeding the tulle under the ribbon when you're sewing or on top?
