But how can I find the encryption password without being anywhere near the location where the camers are? I got a new phone, while I am in a different country than where the cameras are. And I am unable to get the app working due to me missing this encryption password. I am able to log on and see the cameras on my computer with the IVMS- 4200 software. But i can not find the encryption password in the IVMS-4200 software. Where in the software can i find the password? Please advice. Thank you.
